Beautiful Cavtat

Lovely clean comfortable studio, we had the pool view room which also has a side sea view. WiFi was intermittent and the tv in room didn't seem to be connected. Overall good value stay.

The climb back uphill isn't easy.

Great location and quiet

Great location - 10mins walk to beachfront and restaurants. Close to Dubrovnik for day trips Pool is great to have during peak season The family who run Villa Voicnic are very friendly and helpful. The room was really clean, Approx 10mins from airport (12€ uber) and 40mins from Dubrovnik (4€ each way)

Accommodation run by a lovely family and nothing was to much trouble. 10 minute walk into town and easy access to great restaurants one of which is owned by the family and they give guests a 10% discount. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Clean, modern villa. Lovely hosts.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Great email communication before our arrival. The room was clean and comfortable with blackout curtains, shutters and air conditioning and a balcony. The pool was clean and there were comfortable loungers and sun shades. We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts run a restaurant (Restaurant Ivan) in town serving lovely food. We ate there twice (discount for villa guests).

It was a steep climb up to the villa from the old town. We took it slowly.

The hosts and all of the staff were very warm and welcoming, always trying to help where necessary. The location was perfect, less than a five minute walk to the town, the room and facilities were spotless, and the room was given fresh towels and toiletries everyday. Would highly recommend.

Perfect holiday just by myself.

Perfect holiday just by myself. Nice studio, great views, friendly staff and as a bonus, super nice pool. There is a very good restaurant By The Way nearby and a market up on the hill. The owner arranged me a taxi from the airport and she gave me a cold drink to feel welcomed. On the last day I could still use the pool and bathroom before my evening flight. Great and clean place to stay. Just to know there is a steep road to villa from the town and beach, but slowly it goes nicely up to the hill :D

Perfect, clean and extremely well equip room. Lovely host and amazing view from the large balcony.

We were welcomed by a very friendly host with ice cold beers and a full bottle of juice for our little boy. The accommodation was perfect and very well equip with everything you could possibly need for your self catering stay. The place was spotlessly clean and we were left to our own devices for our 2 night stay which we liked. The view from the balcony was lovely and perfect for watching the sun go down over cavtat.

There wasn't anything we didn't like personally but some may find the walk up to the apartment when coming from the town a bit much as there are a lot of stairs and it was rather steep. We are perfectly fit and able but even we had to stop a few times to catch our breath. The view from the apartment is well worth it though!

Spacious and walking distance to the town of Cevtat

Location was so close to Cevat and beautiful view from the neighborhood. Host was accommodating and friendly and spoke English. Lots of space and good air conditioning.

The smell was a little off putting in the hallways but a neighbor explained all the houses inthe area had that smell. Out apartment smelled fihe.

Strongly recommenced to stay there!

We liked to be there. It is amazing house with amazing people who working there. Directly from the beginning we were welcomed so warm and it was nice to meet all of you. Special thanks to Milica, she is the housekeeper there. She helped us with everything that we asked here and owner of the villa. Day/Night each request was solved right away with the smile on the face. Thank you that made this trip so comfy and we felt as home. Guys helped us with everything that we needed in Croatian. Room was cleaned each day. towels were replace everyday and even the bed sheets were cleaned after the half of our stays. In the room we found everything that we needed, small kitchen, microwave, plates, forks, glasses, salt, etc. Rooms are cleaned, light and comfy. Beds are good for sleep, they are king size and so soft. AC was in biggest room and worked perfectly all the time and was safer for us after the hot day. Pool is clean all the time, water there is bright and filtered. Had a lot of space for parking and resting outside as well. Gym there is good as well cause have all necessary equipment that might need to have for standard sport. Thank you for all that you are doing for your guests. You are best!

It is not the things that we do not like but what we can recommend to improve: 1. Update fridge to have freezer there cause during the summer, it is great to have ice in the fridge as well. 2. Air Condition system in second room cause it is hot there at night if we will close the door between first and second room. But it is small think that it is not really necessary. 3. Wifi was sometime slow but probably that many people were connected to the router. This is small points that we just want that your villa became best. Do not stop to improve ! You are great people.

Lovely villa in quiet street close to centre of Cavtat

Big and clean room with AC, a balcony, and a kitchenette. Staff helpful and professional, villa is 5 minute walk downhill to city centre. As a bonus they have a restaurant in town where you get a 10% discount. There is a pool which is nice size as well, overall great value for money in the charming town of Cavtat.
