Late check inn, no problem after contact. Fun ornaments in the hallway going up, all fishy stuff 🙂 Befits the name of the accommodation

Quaint old house, felt like I was staying at a country farm house.
No one present to greet guests, phoned the number posted on the door but got a recorded message in Croatian, which I could not understand. Not knowing what to do, I went in and found a room with my name on it. Put my things inside, then left for dinner. Received an angry call from the owner, suggesting that I was trespassing because I had not properly been checked in. Finally did meet someone and checked in, but the way it was handled left a bad feeling for the place.
