Great place

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The host was incredibly helpful, flexible, and a genuinely great person who went out of his way to assist us with anything we needed. The location is perfect - not too busy, yet only about a 30-minute drive from Dubrovnik city. There’s also a lovely seaside town just 3 km away, and the airport is only a quick 7-minute drive, which made everything very convenient. The views from the property are beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, the combination of a wonderful host, great location, and stunning surroundings made this stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended

Windows didnt have blinds. Towels were stiff and see through (not sure how that happens), beds were uncomfortable & without blankets, hand soap in the shower, and the a/c didn't work.

Close to the airport.

Quite expensive and windowless. The AC was broken at a 40 degree celsius night, the owner didn't react for help and wasn't replying for any sort of refund as well. Wouldn't recommend...

Good, quiet location close to the airport

Great stopover location only 5 minutes from the airport, but quiet. Very friendly owners, and their wonderful taxi driver waited up late for us when our plane was delayed - much appreciated. Good breakfast outside in the shade. Excellent value.

Sitting just above the town of Cavtat it is ideally situated for the airport. Clean and simple accommodation. Staff were great and could not do enough for us. Cooked us a great breakfast using fresh produce from their garden.

We liked the location, the proximity to the airport was great. We were moved to a different room which was even nicer than the room we had booked! The airport shuttle was a great feature as well.

It was quite difficult to sit up in bed as there’s a gap between the bed and wall. Also sloped ceiling meant I had to be careful not to hit my head.

Excellent hosts, very accommodating, arranged pick up and drive back to the airport, late check out and loads of other small things along the way. Felt really welcome there as well.

We stayed just one night. Came late but the manager waited for us, explained everything and gave us a nicer room. Was clean and really, for one night its ok.

The gps just couldnt find the address, the sign near the road is not to big, so in the dark you get a bit lost. Out view was a wall but for one night, never mind.

Exceptional

A welcoming, comfortable room in a quiet, quaint neighborhood--great for getting a sense of what everyday life is like outside of Dubrovnik. Beautiful views of mountains, vineyards, olive orchards, and gardens. Easy access to the airport. The host is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant serves great food (Turkish coffee in the morning was wonderful!). Overall, a family run establishment that I would definitely visit again!

Short proximity to the airport.

No lights outside/at the entrance of the building made it a bit dark and scary place, not to mention a risk of the fall while carrying the luggage from the carpark. Only one small towel per person available. No bathroom floor towel. No hangers in the bathroom whatsoever.

Quite and friendly hosts but dirty and low facilities

Friendly hosts, quite area

Dirty place: Fridge with black stains. We had to sanitize it before use. Old and uncomfortable beds. Bed sheets with blood stains. cleaning was poor, no wardrobe/no kitchenette as presented in booking offer. No place to dry towels unless on the stairs which led to a bad smell. Dirty restaurant with heavy air inside. I had to throw garbage myself - for 120 EUR per night I find this unacceptable! We got clean bed sheets after 7 nights. Photos presents restaurant and yard as an idyllic place, it is not!

Was worth it.

It was on a very calm side of the town. The hosts were very kind and very helpful. Gave us directions and tips to good places around the Cavtat and the old town. Will definitely come again here and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who plans on staying in Cavtat.

Superb

A really nice place in a convenient location. The host, Duro, was amazing. They have a fridge full of free cold drinks including water, juices, sodas, and beer. He gave me some of his homemade wine, and had his son give me a free ride to the airport. I will definitely come back.

Perfect stop over for airport

The location was great for one night before going to the airport and getting into Cavtat via bus or Uber. Very reasonably priced and friendly helpful host.

As a mixed party we were stayed in a variety of rooms. The ground floor Quadruple rooms are very basic. The upstairs double rooms are great - fantastic value and specification. If I ever stayed again would book double room not quadruple.
