Excellent location with beautiful view over the market square, and very helpful, efficient and friendly staff.

A small thing: the telephone in the room did not work, and the staff acknowledged it was a problem in some of the rooms.

The only heating in the bedroom is air conditioning. There are hard floors. This combination means that the room could not be heated to a comfortable level.

Do not choose option to pay on property!

Overall the property is fine, nice place to stay, clean and with a friendly staff. No parking available on spot, but it wasn't a big deal.

I was charged twice for my booking! When I booked the property I choose the option to pay on site, and there was no mention that they will hold my money! And they did it! They charged me €115 and then I paid €137 for my stay at the check out. I thought I will receive the amount they hold by the end of the day, but it seems like the money got back to my account in two weeks!!! Which is way too much for me! If you choose payment on property, be aware! They will hold your money for two weeks!!! Although the place is nice, I remained without my money for two weeks!

Not worth the money.

The bar downstairs was a nice bonus. The location was good for both getting around the City and Belgium.

We had to move our room on the second night because of the ridiculous street fair noise right outside our window until 1 am in the morning every night. The hotel did not warn us of this activity. Many guests were complaining about this. After we moved from a lovely Large booked room, we were given such a small moldy room on the back of the building, that the price was not even comparable. I had to fight with check in to receive barely any refund on this entire mess. Definitely check if the fair is on if you plan on staying, it's an annual event for a few weeks!

The lift. Lack of handrail in large shower. No hook on back of bathroom door. Having to walk to main hotel for breakfast. A good idea would be to have cups, electric kettle. T bags coffee sachets, milk in room

Too many problems and even unsafe in the shower

Overall, location was good. Having to walk 4 blocks to breakfast was not expected.

Elevator was minimal, there was no handle on the inside of the bathroom door! The shower had no shelves and no grab bar and was very slippery.

Suited our purpose of somewhere to stay which was convenient to the station and the centre.

Location is great. Close to the station and the central square. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable.

Floors are very cold in the rooms - could do with some rugs on the floor. It took a very long time for the shower water to heat up which felt like a massive waste of water. There was noisy refurbishment / maintenance work going on from 7am until late afternoon which they should have advised about before booking.

Great location and minimalistic design

A boutique-style hotel in a prime location in the city. Roos is bright with a minimalistic design. A nice breakfast restaurant. A small room was actually pretty decent sized.

A restaurant could be a good place to go down for a beer in the evening but it was closed during my stay. I guess the hotel is unstaffed. A glass wall dividing the bed and bathroom is fine but I hope there is some kind of cover/curtain for a toilet in double/twin rooms :) It's not soundproofed, I heard people talking 2 rooms further down the corridor
