Great hotel, good location, good Breakfast and secured parking.

Good clean hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. Spa facilities and pool were also very nice. Pool was a decent temperature for kids. Also has a sauna and steam room. Really great breakfast and secured parking. Reception staff were super friendly and always helpfull.

Staff at breakfast refused to seat us near a window table stating that it was reserved but no reserved signs on the table. Made me think that the staff just didn't like the fact that we didn't want to sit on the table he showed us. I could be wrong, but a reserved badge on a table goes a long way in making guests understand and not feel like there was something malicious. (Minus 1 point) Don't like hotels with no doors for the shower. I mean, it's okay when you're travelling as a couple, but inappropriate if you're travelling with children or friends. (Minus 1 point)

Classy hotel in Kortrijk - everything you need from a hotel, alongside fantastc customer care!

Everything! Arrival: Great friendly welcome when you arrive - easy loading bay/30 min free parking when you arrive allowing family to get checked in easily. Rooms: Comfortable, clean room and beds with access to balcony. Double sink and good shower/bath. Amenities: Decent indoor swimming pool (a rarity in Belgian hotels), plus fantastic array of spa rooms (multiple saunas, steam rooms and a quiet "star-lit" room). Well-equipped gym too! Food & Beverage: Lovely bar, which is popular amongst locals and the breakfast had an amazing selection from healthy to kids faves such as nutella and biscoff spread. Eggs made as you like them by the chef in front of you and lots of gluten-free and vegan options too. Staff were friendly and showed great customer care throughout, even after check-out.

Excellent as always! Our favourite in Kortrijk.

All staff so polite and welcoming! Room and bed very comfy, excellent bathroom facilities. Had room service supper, very generous. Perfect spot near station and bike park for interest while eating a splendid breakfast, again excellent staff and facilities not to mention wonderful array of food! Thank you everyone!

Very convenient option for work - great location. Hotel however needs to up their game.

The location is amazing. So convenient as it is right next to the train station. It has a lovely bar for drinks after work. Close to shopping areas. Delicious breakfast.

The foyer revamp looks nice. The fake plants however are disappointing. It cheapens the look of the hotel. There was also a smell of urine in the passage next to the Jules Bar. The rooms are also very basic compared to the look of the entrance. The carpets in the rooms were dirty and there were water damage to the bathroom door which looked bad.

mixed bag, the staff were good and friendly but it wasn’t worth the money for the step up.

I stayed in room 220. the window would not close properly so I had to listen to the loud music from all the bars below all night. also the room hadn’t been cleaned when I checked in. no big problem as I went for a walk. the bar area although nice and modern was a bit too loud even at opening. always a dj playing loud dance music. sometimes it would be nice to just turn the volume down a little and relax.

Nice Hotel with a very good restaurant. Parking is in a public garage about 5 minutes to walk. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly!

Very enjoyable and extremely comfortable stay.

Excellent facilities, lovely food, breakfast was always a treat and very helpful and pleasant staff. the Spa was quiet and well maintained and an additional treat.

The first evening we were there, there was a loud music event taking place which went on late into the evening. - the music was disturbing - May have been beyond the hotel’s control though. The car park was not accessible for my elderly parents meaning they had to be collected and dropped off at the entrance each day whilst I collected and returned the car.
