Kinosaki Tenboen

男湯の方のお湯の中にとんぼがおよいでて、外の露天風呂にはカタツムリが足元にいっぱいいて入れなかったのが残念でしたがそれ以外は満足できたのでよかったです。

The staff was exceptionally kind, sweet, helpful and welcoming. The food was delicious and had luxurious variety - it's very recommended to enjoy the breakfast and dinner there. The hot baths, private bath and rock sauna were truly relaxing. Even though the place was slightly away from the centre, the check-in bus and shuttle service were quick and convenient - and it was a rather quick walk even on foot. The traditional futons actually became our favourite and most restoring sleeping experience. The stay was a definite highlight of the trip!

There was nothing not to like.

Der Service, das Personal und das Essen waren außergewöhnlich. Die Gäste wurden mit Hingabe und Leidenschaft versorgt. Es wurde immer sichergestellt, das wir trotz dem wir kein japanisch verstanden alles wichtige verstanden haben.

We had an amazing stay at Tenbouen. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was such a nice experience to live in an authentic, traditional japanese room. The food was wonderful, and the staff explained what everything was and how to eat it, which was nice since we are not Japanese. I highly recommend going to Kinosakionsen in general, it such a nice town, but especially to stay at Tenbouen!
