My husband and I loved everything about this place l. The onsite onsen is divine and the staff is amazing and unforgettable. Every aspect of our honeymoon trip was amazing. I cannot thank the staff enough for providing such an unforgettable experience. This will be something we talk about for the rest of our lives.
This isn’t necessarily a dislike but ant FYI, if You are a picky eater , maybe consider not doing meal plan , as it’s very adventurous. There are plenty of restaurants near by. The food is amazing at ryokan but my husband wasn’t exactly ready to try everything.

We liked everything about this place. The staff, our actual room, the location, and the hotel’s own onsen. We booked the Japanese style room which has a toilet but no bath/shower. The room also has a decent sized covered balcony with side window/panels that can be opened if you want an open air feel.
