The location was great. The dinner was fantastic and very enjoyable. Overall, everything was clean.
The beds were very uncomfortable. I expected more cushion to be provided. I didn't like the 10AM check out because it's a little early. I didn't like fish for breakfast but that is a traditional Japanese breakfast. I also didn't like the fact that once checked out, they wouldn't let us rent a yukata for even an hour for photos.

The room was very nice and surprisingly big with a lovely decor. The staff is very nice and thought about everything I needed. Shoes and bed laid out and they were very patient with my limited Japanese and helped with their staff members who speak English. Dinner was huge and really delicious.

Very central and close to all the 6 public onsens, shops and the train station. Yukatas provided for every guest daily, massage chairs with free usage in the common area.
