Great ryokan, quiet, super friendly staff, food was great, especially the dinner, privacy, old and new met, despite near to almost everything, near to the Kinosaki Onsen station and right in the shopping and food/ snack street, near to all the public onsens and right infront there is a bus stop if you intend to go to nearby attractions like the Genbudo caves, Izushi Castle Town, even walking distance to the Kinosaki Onsen Ropeway to get to the Onsenji Temple.
Is a classic ryokan, many staircase up and down, I was confused and almost lost the first hour, guess that is why make it unique and interesting.

Our room was incredible (junior suite); very spacious, modern-feeling ryokan and staff were very kind. The inn's private onsens were very clean and easy to access/reserve. Great location too, on the main road nearby the train station. We did not select the meal package so I can't speak to that!
Sometimes it was difficult to access front-desk staff as they were often at work elsewhere. We had to wait a while to get someone to help us check-out. Otherwise, our experience was perfect.

Beautiful building and gardens, free rental yukatas in great condition, and friendly staff at check in. Yummy popsicles for post-onsen treat.
There are 4 private onsens for use and its first-come, first serve. They do not take reservations for
The private baths, so you have to keep an eye out and try your luck on the timing.
