Nice ryokan in the centre of Kinosaki i walking distance from the train station and where the Onsen are located. Great traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and polity staff which guides you are make you feel very welcome. Can highly recommend if you are open to a real cultural Japanse experience and not the traditional business hotels you often visite.

The amazing staff were so friendly & went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed & ensure we enjoyed our stay. They were so helpful with recommendations and greeted us on check in so warmly, with tea and a sweet treat, as well as helpful information about how to experience the onsens and how to tie a Yukata correctly. They gave us absolutely lovely origami gifts on departure, such a thoughtful touch. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Staff were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful. The building itself is a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. We paid separately at check in for breakfast and the sweet granny that works there made us a simple, yet beautiful meal.
