Koyado Enn

The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful! My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was in the cafe was great and catered to my vegetarian diet. Location of the hotel is great, being both close to the station and all the onsens.

It was SO close to the train station and everyone was spectacularly nice. It had really nice furnishings that were modern, but just old school enough to feel traditional (at least in my semi double room)!

The single, only downside is not having a shower in your own room. I know, I know, we’re in Kinosaki for onsen hopping! But on the one day I needed a quick shower and not a luxurious soak, it was an extra step to plan what I needed to bring to the private bath in the hotel. That said, the private baths were perfect for what I needed! I really like the Tsuki bath.

Insanely beautiful hotel, with lovely employees that really took their time with us and even personally guided us into the room and instructed us on how things worked in Kinosaki Onsen. Included in the hotel was also a ”happy hours” situation where guests were offered free drinks and snacks between around 16-19 (if I remember correctly!). This was sooo good and the menu had a few local options too, which we found extremely nice! The included breakfast was great! The private bath at the hotel was a lovely addition and was much appreciated too- along with the village ”onsen pass”. This stay became our absolute favourite part of our trip to Japan! We wish we had stayed more days!!

Breakfast ok but not great
