Very warm welcome and interactions throughout the stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us in all possible ways. The onsen is beautiful and peaceful. Their private Onsens are also superb. The set menu dinner allowed us to taste varied japanese dishes and ingredientes and the private room for dinner goes really well when you have kids. The gym was better than most hotels but needs a few heavier weights. We loved staying there, thank you very much to the staff.

Our favorite onsen experience by far. Staff was attentive and always friendly. We loved our private onsen. Private chef-prepared multi-course dinners in our own dining room were 5-Star! Too many wonderful details to mention. We’ll never forget our stay!
Honestly, while there were many offerings, the breakfast was disappointing. The western options were not very good—super runny scrambled eggs, stale/hard pastries.

Dinner with crabs were good and service was excellent. Onsen was average with many people and too crowded.
