We loved the view and balcony in this room, the Japanese style was very authentic and everything was well kept and clean.
Everything was fine we weren’t expecting to sleep on the floor but that ended being fine as well. You can’t book any of the Ibsen’s for private use and with a toddler that was a bit of a bummer but it’s a great location to reach Amanohashidate beach and the shrine.

It was so close to the sea,to the train station and the onsen inside the hotel is a very cool thing to have. Staff were friendly and willing to help.
Hotel could consider some renovation since it is a bit outdated but it is still spacious. No laundry room though and also breakfast is overpriced.

The receptionist was a little unfriendly when we arrived before checkin time, just repeating checkin was at 3 (we arrived at 2). We had one member of group unwell so we asked them to check if one room available which they accommodated with early checkin.
Need to replace hallway carpets.
