Call of the mountain

If you are really passionate about ski and staying close to the mountain this is the perfect place to be. The hotel is located inside the last part of the Galzig descent and you can start your ski day directly on the snow to reach the base area in St Anton where the Galzig and Rendl lifts start. The rooms are modern and very well prepared and daily cleaned and the breakfast is super complete in a very nice open room with mountain view! There's also a nice lounge area close to the lobby to fully relax in front of the chimney.

Exelent location, Ski-in Ski-out, right next to the best apre ski place in Europe. there is also good restaurant next by. Staff was extremely friendly, view from the breakfast area was astonishing (slopes and surrounding mountains)

Beautiful hotel, zero noise, excellent sleep, very comfortable beds with 3 type of pillows to choose the one you like, very good breakfast with a panoramic terrace, private parking, helpful and friendly owner. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel, amazing hosts, perfect views

The hotel was perfect! The hosts were amazing - super helpful with suggestions in the area and even offered a free cable car ride but we didn't have time to make use of sadly. the room was immaculate, modern even though the hotel itself had a touch of vintage. the lobby facilities and after hours drink self-serve options are great! would love to come back!

Relaxing, clean, accommodations were wonderful, and access to skiing was so easy.

The property was superb. The direct access to the ski slope was incredible. Truly enjoyed the personal ski lockers, a quiet comfortable room with a porch, and parking space at the hotel. The breakfast was included each morning and was great. My friend had rentals from town and upon check out, we were able to leave the rentals at the hotel to be picked up by the store later. This was very convenient. Highly recommend and will stay here again in the future.

I enjoyed a lot my stay at Schweiger. Thomas and Julia were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice and clean with a classy design in every detail and a amazing view. The breakfast was awesome. I really recommend the Schweiger.

Amazing hotel!

the hotel was very clean and the rooms were lovely. a great breakfast and hot drinks and cake in the afternoon. good location right on the slopes. we were leaving in the afternoon and we were shown to a shower room so we could change before our flight which was a great extra touch. would definitely recommend!!!

Comfortable and convenient hotel for ski holiday

Small, friendly hotel with very comfortable rooms located next to piste. Good breakfast buffet and also afternoon tea on top floor with nice views. Next door to Mooser apres-ski bar but good windows meant it was quiet inside and entertaining to watch

Absolutely loved it, good value

Absolutely loved the rooms, the style of decorations, the smell in the hotel, the breakfast, the views from the breakfast, the lovely family who owns the hotel and their kindness and willingness to help. We went there with our bikes and they were stored safely in the ski room overnight.

Normally this is a winter accommodation so in the summer you kind of have to walk down a steep hill to the city and then climb back again, Or as an alternative - use your own car (but that limits drinking alcohol so... ) But this was a minor thing to take into account , it didn't bother us at all since we had our ebikes with us

Highly recommend the Schweiger hotel!

The rooms were very clean and spacious and the daily room service was very well done. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations in terms of healthy offer and freshness.

The only thing we were disappointed with were the mattresses, which were very soft (too soft) and we sank in too much which made it uncomfortable.

Fantastic 3-night stay; great place to be.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the slopes and next to the apres-ski. Also the breakfast was great with lots of choices in bread and fruit/cereals. The beds were comfy and the room size was good; nice rain shower in the bathroom and a separate toilet. Free parking at the property is also nice.

For a hotel in that price class you would have expected a sauna or pool to relax after a nice day of skiing. At arrival we came early (before 8AM) and the hotel only opened at 8.30AM for check-inn; so be aware if you are planning to arrive early; all doors are closed so you cannot get in. Other than that the hotel met our expectations.

Excellent location and extremely comfortable

Location on the slope so doorstep skiing. Parking right outside hotel. Great amenities in the room and very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast including hot and cold buffet and coffee machine for all types of coffee. Honestly bar in the lobby which is a great idea. Receptionist waited for us to arrive as we didn’t get there until mid evening driving from the UK.

Exceptional

The day we left there was a blizzard and the council hadn't cleared the roads. The owner of the hotel stopped what he was doing and towed us out to the top of the hill - which he did not have to do. In my books that makes him a legend. We'll definitely come back.
