Old school comfort and charm

Great location right next door to the lifts, ski rentals and ski schools. Run by a lovely family that give you chocolates as presents and drive you to the train station in the early hours of the morning if required. Nice breakfast too!

Room and bathroom were very spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Location cannot be better. Real ski in -ski out. Private parking space . right in town, but still very quiet.

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and the suite was cleaned beautifully each day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with so much to choose from. The staff cooked perfect eggs to order in any way we liked. There was a huge selection of meats, cheeses and fresh fruit every day. The location of the hotel could not have been better. The view of the mountains from the many windows was stunning. The ski lifts are right there outside the door! Everything was so easy and relaxed.

yes very special and unique place to stay, perfectly located, beautifully furnished 120year old family owned Schloss - very comfortable- fantastic breakfast. Felt privileged to stay as a guest of owners Johanna & Klaus. Hope to revisit next year

only drawback being lack of restaurant facilities for evening however there are plenty of restaurants in town. very few hotels in StA offer half-board these days

The breakfast in Hotel Bergschlössl is probably the best in St. Anton. The food is delicious, the breakfast room is beautiful and interesting.

A nice, central accommodation

Extraordinary breakfast. The room size and most of its facilities (small 'kitchen' with fridge, computer with plenty of old local movies, music and TV-channels). Big nice spa facilities incl. sauna. Private garage for my car. Less than 50 meters to the central ski-lifts.

No bath or toilet in the room, but I was told so before renting. No place for hangers in the closet. A cellar room with very little outside light. And the ceiling light was not strong enough to fully light up the room. The view from the room was almost non-existent. (But who has time for window gazing when going skiing?) The TV-channels were out of order. (But who has time for TV gazing...)

Cozy and quaint

The property is between the two lifts and close to ski rentals, the ski school, and to apres ski bars. The owner Johanna and her staff were very welcoming and took good care of us. great breakfast.

Extremely unfriendly, zero hospitality. Unfortunately huge disappointment purely because of the staff. The significant high season price we paid makes it even worse, we would have expected much more for our money. The dog is cool though.

Everything was perfect! Breakfast is served for your table, very good quality and tasty. Rooms are very beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Polish lady who was welcoming us us very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lot.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Host is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic (even with homemade cheesecake). Room was comfortable and clean. Right next to the Cable Cars. Thanks again!

Wonderfull boutique hotel directly on the ski piste

Beautiful boutique hotel directly on the ski piste. Tastefully renovated rooms. Lovely staff, providing excellent service. Wonderfull breakfast. Good facilities such as ski room, with exit directly to the ski piste, sauna, and next door apres ski bar.

der herzliche,liebevolle empfang von kristzina der hausherrin hat alles übertroffen.man fühlt sich komplett willkommen.das liebevoll hergerichtete frühstück lässt alle herzen öffnen.die zimmer sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet und man fühlt sich wie im paradies.ein herzliches dankeschön , das ich ihm bergschlössl ein paar tage verbringen durfte am wunderschönen arlberg.

Tolle Unterkunft - wir werden wiederkommet (im Sommer 😉)

Alles war perfekt. Vor allem die Lage. Im Sommer sind vom Tal aus 3 Lifte in Betrieb und alle drei liegen unsmittelbar neben dem Bergschlössl. Die Besitzer haben wir nicht kennengelernt, eine Mitarbeiterin aus Ungarn hat das Hotel betreut und die war unheimlich nett und bemüht - ein wahre Seele des Hauses. Sie war den ganzen Tag da und sehr um unser wohlergehen bemüht.

Am Ankunftstag war das Wetter schlecht, im Zimmer hätts ein bisserl wärmer sein können. Wir hatten keinen Thermometer und leider auch ein bisserl zuwenig warme Jacken - es gab aber eine warme Bettdecke 😉. An den nächsten Tagen wars Wetter besser, da war dann die Zimmerthemperatur auch OK.
