Great value, good location and views, ski storage at the lifts is included.

Excellent value - meals included, good spa, and a locker at the lift for skis and boots. Good and well priced wine range. Great Staff. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Standard double room had a huge balcony and wonderful view to wake up to. Easy to walk to/from the Mooserwirt for apres (15 mins)

Nothing really - the hotel is a short but pretty walk up or down quite a steep hill (10 mins up, 7 down) which some might not like. The hotel runs a shuttle service though so it's not a problem. A taxi up from the middle of the town is 15€. Hot tub/pool wasn't particularly hot, but it was very nice.

The staff - everyone very kind and ready to help. Many thanks to Dino and Lajos (and, of course, the invisible faces in the kitchen) who make sure the breakfast is a great experience. The views from the room :).

Unfortunately there is no dinner service, which in the summer (and if you don't have mobility issues) is not a problem, it makes you go out and explore St. Anton by night. In winter though, and with the steep road you have to climb when you return to the hotel, that can be a bit challenging, if, after a busy day you prefer ssomething cosier closer to your room.

Owned and run by family. They care about their hotel and guests. Breakfast is very good with a view of the mountains. Spa is small, but surprisingly not crowded. Outdoor pool with a view.

We loved our stay at Hotel Grischuna! We'll be back :)

Our was room was perfect, facing the mountain, spacious and spotlessly clean, very comfy bed. Really good, large wooden closet shelving system for all our gear. Big bathroom, great shower water pressure. Grand selection for breakfast, perfect cappuccinos. Very nice bar and lounge spaces. Every detail throughout the hotel is beautifully considered. We loved the owner and all the staff. We had drinks in the bar almost every night. And the thermal pool was absolutely divine! Dry and Wet saunas very nice too. I wish I lived there ;) we'll be back.

The service and friendliness was next to none, great hotel, amazing view and Breakfast

The hospitality and friendliness of stuff are on top. The hotel was offering only breakfast (very rich and plentiful) during our stay. There are plenty of places around for a different type of dinner. The hotel bar was opened until 10pm, it had a big variety of drinks. You can also enjoy your drink at the outdoor swimming pool with truly amazing view. Our room had also a nice view. Because the hotel is located a bit on hill, that give you an advantage to enjoy the view and maybe some can find it as a disadvantage to walk to the cable car or downtown. Therefore the hotel provides a shuttle service. We haven’t used the shuttle service during our stay it’s just 7 minutes walk to the cable car. The skis equipment you can store at the cable car (Intersport) it was included in our room. The room was fully equipped including Nespresso coffee machine, bath robes and slippers. We would definitely recommend to choose this hotel for relaxing skiing holidays.

Lovely staff, excellent facilities. Spa was great at the end of the day. Nothing was too much trouble to sort for us. Picked us up and dropped us off at the train station.

Best hotel breakfast, great staff and lovely pool and view from hotel. Nice and quiet :)

Its a bit of a walk up and down a steep hill, so its a bit of a downer that the hotel aren’t doing food this season. There are some options close by, but for us it would’ve been good if the bar at least did a meat and cheese board with bread. This would also probably attract more people to the nice bar and invite for more socializing.

Luxurious weekend away

Beautiful hotel with very nice restaurant staff. The view from infinity pool is unique as the hotel is situated above the town. Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced, you can really feel special as a guest. Rooms are very nicely decorated with wooden accents, making rooms warm and cozy.

The best Alpine hotel we’re ever been!

+ Service: super friendly staff. For example, they remember what kind of coffee you have had in the previous day. + Spa area. Wonderful pool and very nice sauna area. Closest to ’real Finnish sauna’ I’ve been in Central Europe (we are Finns!). + Breakfast. Omelettes, fruits, variety of local cheese. One of the best I’ve had in DACH area hotels. + Fresh and clean. The place has been fully renovated a few years ago and you can feel and see it. + Views from the balkony (request for the valley side if you prefer this). + Peaceful and quiet place in general. + Lobby bar. We also had dinner there one night - selection is a bit limited, but adequate if you don’t want to walk down to village center after a long day.

-/+ Location. 5-10 min walk from the village center. This wasn’t a problem in summertime, but with skiing gear it may be quite annoying to climb up to the hill. On the other hand, location was nice and quiet, away from the after ski bars etc. Please note that Grischuna offers pickup service from train or bus station when arriving/leaving.

We had a brilliant time

You can feel that it is a dedicated and passionate team. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. The breakfast was one of the highlights. They make any type of eggs freshly and according to your wishes. If you have intolerances feel free to tell them and they’ll make adjustments. Apart from that everything is fresh and clean.

The pool is amazing. The hotel itself is super comfortable, the room service has a few options but all are tasty. Great stay through the week

The hotel is up the hill from the main area of the town. At the end of a long day it's bumming to walk up the hill and the timing of the shuttle from the hotel makes you have to go up early. At night it's hard to walk down and up the hill to get to the restaurants in town. There should be a shuttle service once an hour until very late to help with this

Felt like a ski / spa break

Skiing & relaxing in wonderful surroundings. Spa facilities just great the infinity pool is stunning after a day's skiing. Our room was great and staff v friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the dining room with mountain views. The selection of food on buffet was super and hot options cooked to order. Bar 'light bites,' were excellent too. The shuttle bus to the village to ski & being able to deposit skis by lift station was great too. We liked that we could ski do some apres and then be in a quieter location. Still v walkable to village. ( good climb back up hill ) lots of taxis available if you need them. Access to great ski area.

V v v tiny comment: our room v hot even with heating off , and would have liked a kettle to make cup of tea first thing.

I could not praise the Grischuna Hotel highly enough. The hotel and it’s staff were absolutely amazing. Extremely comfortable rooms, wonderful spa facilities, beautifully maintained and immaculately clean.
