Nice building, needs some investment and maintenance.

A nice building, good views.

It is tired and needs work. The boot room is too small for the size of hotel, so skis were being stacked on top of each other and ski boots were cold and damp in the morning. The bedrooms and bathrooms also need maintenance as they are not functioning properly.

Disappointed with price quality

Not much

The hotel is in need of renovation, especially the spa area. The steam room does not work properly — there is barely any steam, it is only warm inside, and there is an unpleasant smell. The swimming pool and spa overall feel outdated. In the room, the shower has very low water pressure, which was disappointing. Breakfast was acceptable but could definitely be improved in terms of quality and variety. The hotel is far from the center and you need to park the car far from the hotel what makes things more complicated.

A very happy stay

We stayed in their Sister Hotel - Lux Alpinae, situated just below Hotel Kertess with only a garden & some steps separating the two. We enjoyed our dinners with friends in Kertess & loved the food & staff. Great choice of menu & waiting and bar staff were friendly & funny. We were a large group of 10 with teenagers so all very well catered for. We’ll be back…

Kertess is more traditional than the Lux Alpinae but both are excellent.

Phenomenal.

Hotel Kertess has the best chef and food in the region. What ever chef gets paid, he could ask for a raise. I have visited this area 3 times. I would rate the staff and the hotel 10 / 10.

the food was amazing, dinner had new options every night and catered well for a member of our group who was GF. Breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold food :) the bar staff and restaurant staff were super friendly and efficient. Beds were very comfy.

the shower could be fixed on the wall instead of having and hold.

Perfect tyrolean retreat

Dinner was perfact. The staff is amazing at the restaurant Radi, Tanja and Carli. The hotel is very clean and the view is breathtaking you can hear the bells of the cows. The swimming pool is clean but the water are quite cold. The room spacoius. There is a free shuttle from and to the hotel and free buses close to the hotel

The breakfast never changes and there are must be more warm items.

Hotel immerso nella tranquillità

Hotel accogliente e pulito. Camera e bagno grandi con finestre grandi vista montagna. Molto gradita la colazione (principalmente salata) e la cena sempre variegata e con ottime pietanze. Gradita anche la merenda del pomeriggio!! Personale molto gentile. Parcheggio dell'hotel nelle vicinanze ma gratuito e comunque raggiungibile con una fermata di bus! Ottimi collegamenti con fermata bus proprio davanti e stazione monopattini a noleggio vicino! Il centro/impianti è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti o con i mezzi, percorrendo una via tranquilla di hotel e case vacanza.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto :) l'acqua della piscina è rigenerante dopo un escursione ma un po' troppo fresca per rilassarsi.

Top, wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

Frühstück überragend gut, hochwertige Qualität! Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, toller Service. Wir waren dort am ersten Tag vor unserer Hüttentour und den letzten Tag danach. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Naja dem Platzangebot in dem Ort geschuldet haben die Hotels alle nur begrenzte Stellplätze direkt am Hotel. Es gibt aber einen Parkplatz kostenfrei, etwa 500m oberhalb. War in Ordnung!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ja - die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, ich will es liebevoll rustikal gemütlich nennen, aber es ist alles recht gut in Schuss. Man punktet hier absolut durch die super Küche vor allem beim Abendessen (2 Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl und 4 verschiedene Nudelvarianten nebst Salatbuffet und Dessert) und die höflichen, sehr aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter.

Kleinigkeiten: - Grosse, für uns (!!!) zu weiche (Doppelbett)Matratzen - Keine Gaze am Fenster - Badewanne unter der Dachschräge, grosse Menschen können nicht stehen zum duschen - In den oberen Etagen hintenraus ist es laut, weil man Straße und Bach/Fluss sehr hört - auf Höhe des Restaurants (EG) zB. hat man es gar nicht gehört

Heerlijke week gehad in hotel Kertess waarbij het je aan niets ontbreekt. Zou hier zo weer een verblijf boeken.

Zowel ontbijt als avondeten waren prima, er werd goed rekening gehouden met mijn gluten intolerantie. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en de sfeer in het hotel is goed. Wellness centrum aanwezig, kamers zijn ruim opgezet en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Klein punt van aandacht: de matrassen lagen minder lekker, kuilvorming waardoor ik pijn in mijn rug kreeg. Voor ons was het geen probleem alleen voor mensen die minder goed te been zijn is de ligging van dit hotel minder geschikt: flinke klim naar boven.

Un établissement au top !

Un super hôtel où tout a été pensé pour le confort, et le repos : chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner varié, sauna, piscine, goûter et cuisine du soir très bonne ! Et le personnel est top.

Seul mini bémol : le parking un peu lointain

Regnerischer Wanderurlaub

Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut ok. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Frühstück war ok, es gab eigentlich alles, was man erwartet. Schön war, als wir sahen, dass die Portionen beim Nachtessen nicht sehr gross sind, und fragten, ob wir mehr bekommen könnten, zusätzliche Teller bekamen. Man muss gut zu Fuss sein, dass Hotel liegt an einer steilen Strasse und bis ins Dorf hat man ca 8 Minuten. Und keine PP beim Hotel, nur zum ein- und ausladen des Gepäcks. Ca 500m weiter oben gibt es vom Hotel gratis Parkplätze

Die Zimmer sind zum Teil sehr "altbacken". Beim Frühstück wäre es schön gewesen, wenn man zB Spiegeleier hätte bestellen können. Das Nachtessen bei Halbpension war gut gekocht, aber manchmal hatte man das Gefühl, dass es aus dem Gefrierbeutel kam und nicht frisch ist. Und es wäre gut, wenn man Nachbestellen könnte, denn die Portionen waren nicht sehr gross. (Wie oben beschrieben, bekamen wir zusätzliche Portionen, aber man sollte informiert werden, dass dies möglich ist)

A parkoló 500m-rel feljebb volt a hegynek felfelé. Csak véletlenül derült ki, hogy van transzfer. Örültünk volna ha erről az érkezéskor kaptunk volna értesítést. Emiatt első nap az esőben felfelé eláztunk.

Het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk, hebben plezier in hun werk. Het eten is erg goed! De kamer is zeer schoon. Het binnenzwembad is top! Een aanrader dit hotel.

Een heel klein minpuntje is de afstand naar de parkeerplaats.

Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp fast schon zu schade...

Sehr zu meiner Freude, war die Sauna nun doch täglich geöffnet, und ich wurde im Restaurant auch nicht zu irgendjemanden an den Tisch dazu gesetzt, auch nicht beim Frühstück, das hier auch sehr gut ist (bis auf diese Art Bircher Müsli, die eher etwas säuerliches als etwas Süßes an sich hatte), so gab es z.B. Obstsalat, Rührei u.v.a.m. Ach ja, die Infrastuktur zum Wandern, Laufen, Radfahren ist hier eigentlich sehr gut: Viele Wege, Seilbahnen, Bergrestaurants und Hütten. Auch viele Angebote für Kinder zum Spielen und Entdecken.

Man muss sich ggf. in der heißen Sonne mit all seinem Gepäck ca. 10 min. die Steigung vom Bahnhof hinaufschuften, ein Bus fährt in etwa 1x stündlich, aber gut, da hat man ein kleines Training...

Einfach toll

Einfach großartig! Ein klassisches Hotel im besten Sinne. Besonders schön fand ich, dass es trotz des eher traditionellen Ambientes eine vegetarische Option zum Abendessen gab – und beim Frühstück wurden die Brotaufstriche nicht in diesen kleinen Plastikverpackungen serviert, was ich super fand. Ein rundum empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Rigtig god mad, god beliggenhed og generelt flinkt personale. Receptionsdamen meget hjælpsom.

En enkelt, ældre mandlig tjener forsøger at presse gæsterne til at købe dyre drikkevarer, som ikke er inkluderet i aftensmaden. Det var lidt anstrengende, men i småtingsafdelingen.
