We highly recommend a stay with Luisa!

Luisa was a great host. She was very flexible and proactive in anticipating and accommodating our needs. She was very warm, friendly, and spoke great English. She was very responsive to our questions. The elevator was nice since I had twisted my knee and was on crutches. We highly recommend staying at one of Luisa's flats. She was one of the best hosts we have had, and we've had more than 70 around the world. Would certainly stay here again on a future stay in Rust.

I was charged 25 euro per day for my dog which I feel should have been clearly stated in the description of the non-refundable booking which indicated “you may need to pay a fee for pets.” You need to factor this into the cost of your booking.

Beautiful apartments, great location near to Europa Park. Restaurants and grocery stores are also nearby. Wonderful, hospitable hosts. Thank you very much Luis for helping us with our problems.

Great for my daughters birthday trip to Europa Park! 🥳

This apartment is wonderful for a family visiting Europa Park. It is located in between the park and Rulantica. There are 2 grocery stores in walking distance, Edeka and Lidl. You have everything you need in the apartment, full bathroom, kitchen, etc. When going to the park, you must walk around to the normal entrance, but you can exit through the resort entrance in the SPAIN area, and the apartment is only about a block away. It’s very convenient! The owner was super nice as well. She gave us a parking pass to use at the park. But if you already brought one, don’t use it - use the one she gives you. You can always use the one you bought later as it is good for one year. Thank you for a lovely visit!!

Great apartment close to supermarkets and the Europa Park & waterpark. Great balcony with view of some rollercoaster and the hotels gardens. Nice clean spacious apartment with great bathroom and kitchen area. Bed comfy too !

Sadly disappointing

Location was good, building was lovely.

It was too small to have a large bed in the same room as the kitchen and eating area. Didn't like how the owner turned up and made us feel like we had to rush to vacate the room before agreed check our time. The TV in the small bedroom did not have all the channels of the same TV in the main room. The place is over priced compared with another apartment in the same area of Rust a few days early with was ultra modern, 5 bedrooms, was so huge we could not believe it and it was much much cheaper.

The overall quality of the flat was great and perfect for a 4 person family trip to the nearby Parcs. Pricing is very good

The location is ok. somewhat remote from the entrance but compensated by the fact that it is close to the Hotels. Hence, we benefited from their exit gate (for exit only, not entrance), from the shuttle services (train and bus).

We will definitely be back, proximity to Europa park and the hotels was the excellent.

Very easy to communicate the Luise, she was always responsive to our messages. Greeted us in person and gave some wonderful tips for around the apartment! We traveled with two young children, the accessibility to the park and hotels was amazing. A bonus was the proximity the a supermarket and bakery ++.

Die Lage war perfekt- direkt in der Nähe des Parks und der Hotels. Es war alles sauber und das Bad groß. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Kommunikation unkompliziert und schnell.

Wir sind zwei abgeschlossene Zimmer immer lieber- hier steht ein Bett, quasi im Wohnzimmer und das Hochbett in einem separaten Zimmer- aber das ist mehr ein persönliches Thema

Yıllardır bookingden konaklama yapan genius3 seviyesinde bir gezgin aileyiz ve ilk defa konaklama yaptığımız bir yerde havlu yoktu. Havlular ekstra kiralanıyormus ve 25euro imiş. Ayrica yine ilk defa bookingde yazilanin dışında ekstra NAKİT bir vergi ödemesi istendi.son 3 -4 yıldır Avrupa'ya gittiğimde yanımda nakit goturmuyorum herşeyi kart ile odeyebiliyoruz ama nakit 12 Euro vergi ödemesi için yabancı ATM den para cekmek zorunda bırakıldım ve 10 euro da ATM komisyon çekti. Bence bu nakit vergi booking in prensiplerine de aykırıdir çünkü fiyat kıyaslaması yaparken insanlar ne ödeyeceğini ekranda görerek karşılaştırma yapıyorlar. Ev sahibi hanimefendi tatlı dilli ve guleryuzlu fakat bu yaşananlari golgelemiyor malesef. Yataklarda çarşaf yoktu Alez kılıfları üzerine yattık.mutfak ekipmanları eksikti. Son olarak 10.30-11 gibi check out yapacağımızı baştan belirtmemize ve onay almamıza rağmen 10da ev sahibi kapimizdaydi.. burada konaklamanızi önermem

Appartamento molto bello, comodo e pulito.Terrazzo attrezzato. Posizione imbattibile.Pet friendly. Accoglienza meravigliosa, Luise è una persona eccezionale.Parcheggio riservato proprio davanti casa. Esperienza da ripetere❤️

Lage top, Gastgeberin sehr nett, Wohnung dürfte etwas besser eingerichtet sein.

Die Lage ist für EP-Besucher perfekt. 15’ zu Fuss zum Haupteingang und danach ist man in 5 Minuten zurück (durch den Park). Wir waren mit unseren Hunden dort. Es ist auch ein perfekter Ort für schöne Spaziergänge.

Die Betten sind zwar bequem, aber leider sind die Kissen vermutlich schon etwas alt. Im Küchenschrank gab es zahlreiche Teller, die ungewaschen versorgt worden sind.

Voor de doorreis was het een prettige omgeving nabij Europapark.

Op locatie werd ons gevraagd om nog eens 30 euro voor de schoonmaak te betalen omdat wij een hond hebben, terwijl wij dit wel hadden opgegeven via booking.com. Dit stond nergens vermeld in de advertentie dus het kwam als een onaangename verrassing. Het appartement was bij aankomst absoluut niet schoongemaakt. Daarnaast was het enorm gehorig.

L'emplacement La taille du logement Joli et grand balcon Cuisine bien équipée Remise des clés sans attente Parking gratuit Une carte de parking donné pour le lendemain à europapark.

Le lit à étage n'est pas top et peu confortable. Il grinçait à chaque petit mouvement et de ce fait la nuit n'a pas été reposante pour les enfants, dommage. Pas de linges dans la salle de bains.
