Super flat next to europapark

A pleasant surprise we can't wait to revisit

It's exceeded our expectations, for the price, in almost every way, especially when we realized how close it was to Europapark, to the point we thought we might have taken a wrong turn. At the price we also didn't expect it to be so spacious, with an excellent kitchen and bathroom, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We were do pleasantly surprised we actually considered prolonging our stay and have made plans to visit again in the future. Get this one of you can <3

Good-natured host, but no comfort or basic amenities.

Location is good but only after Exit the Europa park . For the entrance you need to walk 28-30 min

Uncomfortable stay – not worth it The beds are extremely noisy and unstable, made of flimsy wooden strips that feel like they might collapse. Mattresses and pillows are of poor quality, making it hard to sleep. If you request a better bed, the host asks for extra payment to upgrade the room. Apartments are on the 3rd floor with no elevator – not suitable for those with heavy luggage or knee issues. Towels are chargeable, and no shampoo or shower gel is provided. Host should increase the price slightly and include basic amenities. Not recommended if you’re looking for rest and comfort.

Great family studio for Europa Park

Great location, easily walkable to Europa Park. Clean studio, decent beds, nice kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning was mega-useful. Four of us stayed here comfortably. Landlady was lovely. Highly recommended.

The location was fantastic and we have stayed with the host of this apartment in another of her properties, so it was lovely to see her again. Host upgraded our room which was a nice surprise, the apartment was very nice and large with loads of space which did us fine for the one night stay.

I have to be honest the apartment was a little cold and sparce with how the apartment looked, was very basic looking and felt empty and cold, but we still had a nice stay.

Perfectly located only a 10 minute walk to the Europa Park entrance and 2 minutes from the exit via Spain. Safe and secure parking underneath the property. Edeka and a late opening Lidl within 5. walk for supermarket option if you don't fancy any of the nearby restaurants.

Hand and Bath Towels were not provided although the host did forewarn us albeit after we had made the booking. Although advertised as having on site free parking, we were told on arrival that the underground Car Park could not accommodate an SUV. We had to park in a resort hotel Car Park a 5 minute walk away.

Perfect communication, personal reception. Location just perfect, very calm, right after the exit of the park from the Andalusia side. Lots of restaurants nearby and a beautiful historical city center

Très bon séjour en famille très proche du parc

Luise est particulièrement accueillante et a rendu notre séjour très agréable et possible grâce à gentillesse et sa réactivité, notre réservation initiale de logement ayant été annulé le jour de notre arrivée au parc, par un autre propriétaire sur Booking. Nous avons pu arriver tardivement de manière autonome et simple à 22h30, ce qui a sauvé notre séjour.👌🏻 Le logement était particulièrement propre, et accueillant. Bien équipé avec tous le nécessaire pour la cuisine vraiment très bien équipé (vaisselle, four, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, bouilloire, cafetière …) baignoire, un grand lit double et un lit superposé, canapé télévision… Vraiment très bien placé pour se rendre à Europapark, à pied (15min) et moins de 5 minutes de Lidl…👍 Le parking gratuit de la résidence est vraiment un plus quand on vient en voiture 👍 L’appartement n’est pas très grand mais c’est vraiment suffisant pour un séjour au parc Luise est particulièrement réactive et répond rapidement volontiers aux questions. Vraiment SUPER

La seule chose que je pourrais dire c’est que les lits en bois grincent dès que l’on fait un mouvement, mais pas vraiment gênant.

Das Bett war leider überhaupt nicht gut, sodass ich die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen konnte… jede Bewegung quietschen so laut das es alle geweckt hat..

1. В описі до об’єкту зазначено про наявність на кухні пральної машини, однак виявилось, що доступ до пральної машини обмежено. Та незважаючи на те, що хозяйка нами була попереджена за добу про пізній заїзд, вона не повідомила про обмеження доступу до пральної машини, внаслідок чого нам не вдалось скористатись цією послугою. На запитання до хазяйки чому нам не повідомлено, що є певні обмеження та змінено місце розташування зазначеної техніки, хазяйка повідомила, що ми повинні саме запитувати та передбачати всі ситуації 🤦🏻‍♂️ 2. Номер не прибраний належним чином, плита забруднена, розетки не тримаються, посуд потрісканий, двері на кухні під мийкою зламані.

Gewisse Ausstattungsgeräte, Armaturen, etc. auf einen aktuellen Stand bringen. Dem Reinigungspersonal die Detailreinigung empfehlen! Wohn und Schlafbereich war sehr sauber und praktische Küchengeräte für das eigene Kochen.

Sehr freundliche und flexible Betreuung. Sehr gute Lage zum Europa Park. Restaurants, Bäcker, Imbiss fussläufig erreichbar. Tiefgaragenplatz („Doppeldecker“!) vorhanden.

Kein Fahrstuhl, was für längere Aufenthalte/viel Gepäck unhandlich wird.

Le robinet cuisine bloqueé sur eau chaude bouillante. Manque de quelque épices simple pour plats et pas machine à cafer… dommage.
