small paradise of peace within the big city

I loved this place so much! I had a cozy room with a balcony and view on the forest and mountains, just perfect for one person. Actually, it looked even better than on photos (which are quite nice already) Everything here is made wisely and with love. I expecially loved the paintings on the wall which are clearly made by someone who loves Rothko as much as I do :) The closet is spacious, and it has a large mirror inside, which is also very important! The table and chair are comfortable for work, the bed is great. I slept very well there (also because the air in this part of the city is amazing). In the evening I could smoke and enjoy the wonderful view from the balcony in really soothing atmosphere. The atmosphere is the main advantage of this place: you simply feel absolutely happy there. The place has it's own kitchen with all the necessary equipment, so I could cook for myself every day. There is also coffee and tea in the kitchen which you can use as well! The market is 1 min walking distance, as well as pharmacy, post and ATM and a nice traditional kafana "Royal(s?)" where you can taste serbian food, drink caffee or beer. People who work there are very friendly and professional. I can say the same about Madame Nevenka: she is very kind person and really makes you feel welcomed, which I think is the sign of high professionalism. Despite I was late comparing to the arrival time, it was no problem and her daughter (who is also very nice!) let me in and showed me around. I could write with any problem and get help promptly, Mme Nevenka is always in touch. I liked the area itself very much: it seems far away from the big city rush, there is a lot of trees and not much people, and it looked a little bit like dreamy, cozy and calm suburb in the best meaning of this word –– but in the same time you need only 25 minutes to get to the city center via bus (the bus station is in 3 minutes from Villa) Also the beautiful park-forest Košutnjak is nearby.

The only issue which comes to my mind is the location of electric outlets: mine was behind the armchair near to the bed(I was in the room 3), so to charge my phone I needed to move my armchair every time and do some acrobatics so to say, which is not really comfortable. But I think this is easily solved by buying extension cords for the room :))

1. The host lady Nevanka and her family is the best host team I've met ever, during the stay I felt myself more like staying in the house of a friend, other than in a hotel. 2. The place is located at the south part of Belgrade, it is very peaceful and with great view. There are two bus stations near by the villa, basically any bus will take you to the downtown. 3. You can find everything you need near the facility: the supermarket Maxi is only 5 min away on foot, then go down to the street there are several Kafeterias and restaurants with very delicious foods, not only authentic balkan cuisines, but also international fast foods, such as pizza, buger, Chinese food etc.

Odadaki sigara kokusu hariç gayet güzeldi.

Oda ve ortak alan temizliğinde problem yoktu, ortak kullanım mutfak mevcuttu, gerekli şeyler nispeten vardı, ev sahibi çok güleryüzlü birisiydi, wifi sorunsuzdu, ocak ayı için ısınma ve sıcak su çok iyiydi, odanın şehir manzarası güzeldi, balkonu mevcuttu, özel ve oldukça güvenli araç park yeri mevcuttu (parkın oldukça problem olduğu bir çevre)

Evin internet konumu yanlıştı, konum merkeze oldukça uzaktı(7 km-20 dk), oda ve banyo çok fazla sigara kokuyordu, sigara kullanmayan birisi olarak aşırı rahatsız oldum, başım ağrıdı.

Boravak u objektu je bio veoma prijatan. Osoblje je ljubazno, profesionalno i uvek spremno da pomogne, što je ostavilo najbolji utisak. Smeštaj je bio čist i uredan, a udobnost sobe je omogućila dobar odmor tokom boravka. Smatram da je odnos cene i kvaliteta odličan – za uloženi novac dobija se veoma dobra usluga. Lokacija je takođe sjajna. Sve u svemu, rado bih ponovo izabrao ovaj smeštaj i preporučio ga drugima.
