The price, the kitchenette, very friendly staff.

Cute resort in a very calm area and close to the highway.

The willingness of the staff to help with early check in when I explained the reasons. Green set is very quiet and lovely. The rooms are small but the beds are very comfortable.

We really liked the view, the jacuzzi and the sauna as well. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean! Staff was helpful and kind. Overall it was amazing :)

Wonderful

We had a wonderful weekend at Rooms Green Set - from the welcome drinks and to the jacuzzi on the terrace with a nice view. There was also a memorial park nearby to walk around and to get a bit of a break from the city’s hustle and bustle. They also have tennis courts, so it is possible to play tennis right there. Overall really enjoyed the stay, and highly recommend it

Decent apartment near Belgrade

Very pleasant host and a big bathroom.

The apartment smells like cigarette smoke, you have to get used to it, also I don't recommend using the massage option in the bath.

The property was not good at all, They gave us a very small room. And there are not even giving kettles. Even I saw kettles in their adds. And one of the staff was really harsh. I booked for three days and because of the issues with the property i checked out my second day and moved into another one . Very bad

Quiet place, clean air, dream-like bed comfort.

The arrival at the location was straightforward. It does not matter if you arrive in Belgrade by car, intercity bus, or airport; public transportation can take you a few minutes from your room. Just be sure to download the "Moovit" application. If you take a taxi, which I do not recommend as the price is steep, it can take you to the front door. Since our transport was late, we asked them to move our check-in time from 22 to 23 hours, and they gladly did it. When we arrived, we were met by the polite reception staff who informed us about paying (it needs to be cash, be mindful) complimentary coffee and rakija (that we skipped). They took us to our room, A-5, and we managed to see how neat everything was. The location is a bit outside of Belgrade center, a quiet place, and the best thing is that the center is just a ten-ish min bus ride. Probably the best thing was the bed. We slept peacefully on a memory foam mattress and pillow combo! The kitchenette was fully equipped for making breakfast or even lunch. Overall, we will stay here more often when we need to stay a few nights in Belgrade!

There is little to add here, as none of those things are crucial to giving a bad mark. The few things that did catch our eyes and that we, personally, did not like and think could be further improved. There are no mosquito nets, not just in the bathroom; there are no nets anywhere. If you want to open your windows due to humidity from showering or to ventilate, be sure to lower the blinds, or you will share a room with a few spiders, ladybugs, or mosquitoes. The fan in the bathroom did not work, so we used spare towels to clean excess water from the shower and kept the window open during the night. Also, one thing you should remember is to bring your own hotel slippers, as there were none in the room. We will get one pair next time we visit.

The rooms were clean, the personel very kind, the Jacuzzi was reconfortant, quiet place.

We booked 2 rooms, jacuzzi was not working on one of the rooms. It was a cigarete smoke smell inside of the rooms.

Excellent accommodation in a peaceful setting

Fresh, clean, comfortable rooms with good WiFi, easy parking, friendly receptionist, and an excellent jakuzzi type bath. Although some distance from the centre there are numerous frequent bus services a five minute walk away which connect to tramway system to the centre. Situated in a tennis centre in a quiet and peaceful location.

No credit cards taken. The large modern t.v. only had a small selection of local channels, with no foreign channels. Sports channels on the system could not be accessed, showing 'no cam module'.
