One night stand

There was a place to park a car. The owner was nice. It is very good place to stay for one night, but.. The bedlinen were clean

The rooms need cleaning in corners. The bathroom required cleaning. The bathroom remember old times, but this is not important. The owner realy need to clean it before guest comming. We used shower shoes in the bathtub to have a shover. The dishes on the dryer were dirty. I had to wash every plate, every knife and fork before I used it.

Good

Good hospitality, friendly and english speaking. Also helped with currency exchange and helped with tourist information. Safe parking available and cost effective. Highly recommended, but very much to the interiors of the city with small roads and sharp turns so not recommended if you are travelling with bigger vehicles like SUV, great for small compact cars.

My favorite stay in Belgrade

I've visited Belgrade many times before, but this place has become my favorite. Operated by father & son, this little guesthouse was a gem. With the location being a bit hidden away from the center, I was enjoying a thoroughly peaceful and quiet stay during my visit. The hosts went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable, always providing assistance whenever needed. The rooms were equipped with AC, which made sleeping during high summer heat extremely pleasant. Adjacent to the guesthouse itself is the family-run restaurant, where you could enjoy fantastic home-cooked meals, with a rotating daily menu (typically consisting of bread, salad, soup, and main course, all for around 8€/meal). Since I'm a night owl, I usually had coffee & breakfast (~6€/breakfast) around 2-3 PM on the terrace outside, which was great. Bonus points if you're a cat lover, since the family's cat was always keeping me polite company during my meals throughout the day. During my longer stay, having my room cleaned upon request was also never an issue. My room was spacious, equipped with a private bathroom/shower, and all the basics (incl. WiFi) you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse Thank you so much for making me feel welcome, Drago & Milan. I wish you a lot of success in the years to come. I'll definitely be back.

Customer oriented and friendly

The people are very cooperative and caring. You can eat there - they have a small restaurant. They can also give you some useful advice on how to navigate your sightseeing trip in Belgrade - for example parking in the old city.

We could not say we did not like it - the area is a bit hilly with a lot of small streets and traffic. Reaching the place in the evening of a weekday was a bit hectic and intense.

i really loved the place. the staff was super friendly, offered me free drinks and everything! its kinda far away from city center but you can easily go there by the bus so there's no problem! its quiet. clean. and the price is really good!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good!!! The chairs on the balcony are comfortable. The surroundings are quiet.

It's hard to find the hotel in the tiny streets, and driving may be a challenge for less experienced drivers and big cars. The rooms - especially bathrooms and plumbing - need renovation. The beds are extremely soft and noisy. Though it was quite fair for a night.

Enough for people with low standards (we just slept and cooked dinner). Not recommend to others.

Warm/hot water. Two plates for cooking and fridge. Free parking and free wifi. A balcon. Bed sheets and towels.

Lack of kitchen utensils for self-cooking (but we managed with what we had), Not drinkable water. No toilet paper. Not enough blankets for every bed. Out of the city center (but a bus stop is near).

staff is really, really lovely and friendly! the owner is really , really kind and lovely- so helpful and sweet! the area is very calm and serene, no noise whatsoever which is lovely

number 7 is very badly kept: most things are broken (the fridge’s legs are broken, which causes it to topple over- the fridge is really, really dirty and hasn’t been cleaned in probably over a year), the bathroom is really gross, there is dirt everywhere , hair strands were in the shower when we arrived, the shower doors don’t exist , so the whole room gets flooded, the sink is too short for the faucet causing the water to run to the floor , nothing to hang your towels up, the few kitchen items were unwashed (literally), same for the stove/microwave combo, there where somebody’s slippers and jumpers in various cabinets (multiple pairs) and the bedding was unclean, it took us on average 30-65 minutes to get a cab to pick us up, because the location is far out and the address provided via booking isn’t on any navigator (look for “maticarska” instead), the heating doesn’t work so they provided an old (partially broken electronic heater, talk about unsafe) 😅😅😅😅😅 you get what you paid for
