avoid this place the money you give here is not worth it

the breakfast was okey the coffee machine was broken the receptionist did not give the right information you can reach the city center with bus line 47 there is no fee for the bus. it take you around 20 min to reach. shops for water and other things are close at 22.00 and are pretty far to walk.

the rooms are dirty beds are very bad and bathroom is not oke for a hotel take a 10 euro more and stay good this place its not wordy this money pictures are from the time TITO was still alive and have nothing to do with realty

It’s ok, but could be better.

The food is great. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and it was great.

Rooms are not so much clean. The beds are very old and one of the beds in the room that we stayed was almost broken. They are not very comfortable. The bathroom could be more cleaner.

We've booked a room with two separate beds(one queen and one small) for 2 adults and 1 kid (7 years old ),but the staff didn't fullfil the assignment and gave us just one bed which was really dirty and uncomfortable with many insects inside. Their disability to provide a good service was followed by disability to answer questions and handing the problem from one to another member of staff. Breakfast was ok(could be more diverse), but the restaurant is literally home for spiders which means that it's poorly cleaned(could be not cleaned for years).Hotel needs a normal supervisor. Good luck to future guests.

BED BUGS! There were bed bugs in the bed, I got bitten, I am severe allergic to them, contacted the hotel after that, they blame me, saying that it is impossible, even tho the mattress has got the beg bug stains. The room was dirty, there was left some rubish from previous customers, and itself the floor was dirty.

20 min waiting till women in reception finish her private talk on telephone. In apartmant situation is very bad. Bugs, very old and broken furniture, empty botles of the soap and 2 little towels for 2 persons. The stuf on a bed also very old with the holes and old uncleaning. Mornng food - very poor dishes. Will never be back here again.

No cleaning 9 days. No bed clothes changed.I was upgraded the room by Booking from standard to double room and they inform after payment they will given to me the standard room. So they are cheating the customers.

I was interrupt my trip from 12 days to 9 days and I tell them that I want to transfer this money for the next trip which was after one week later but they told that is not posible because first trip I make reservations via Booking that for I will not I even recuperate this money. In conclusion I loose money 💰 for tree day's which I was not in the hotel

Nice ambiance at the hotel restaurant terrace- This is the only good thing about this Hotel.

Old, Dirty, Unpleasant staff. We stayed for two nights. When we checked in the staff suggested we should get to breakfast closer to 10am next morning to avoid too much crowd. We showed up at 9:30am and there was nothing left to eat. Even the Hotel Employees were at the tables in the same room eating breakfast and there was nothing left for us. When we complained to the waiter, he just said that the cook had already left and there is nothing else to eat. After we complained to the receptionist they managed to get us 2 small plates of some ham and cheese for the 6 of us - unaccaptable. Second morning we did not even try to eat there, I just couldn't wait to get out of there. Rooms are old and sheets had a bunch of holes and stains. Bathroom was disgusting, toilet seat was yellow-ish from age and dirt - just like the tiles in the shower. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
