It Was OK

The location.

I did not feel welcomed. My family waited 25 minutes to receive a bread basket and have our order taken. People (European) came in after us and was served immediately, even they noticed the treatment. It was humiliating and sad. When I asked if we were going to be served, the staff got mad.

Title: A Nightmare Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

This was hands down the worst stay of my life. From the reception to the entire service staff, everyone was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Every simple interaction turned into an argument or a fight. The service is non-existent; they didn't even clean the room, claiming the cleaning staff leaves at 3 PM! But the worst part is the "vibe" of the place. The hotel has a very heavy, negative energy that you feel the moment you walk in. It’s filled with tension and constant shouting or arguing among staff and guests. It’s a toxic environment that sucks you in. I will never return to this hotel or even this city again. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Do not come back

It seems that European hotels don’t have microwaves. The hotel staff tried to ask the kitchen for me, but the kitchen refused. My rate does not include breakfast, so I went to the front desk to ask how to pay, and was told to pay after the meal, so I went to get the food, and while I was eating, another waiter suddenly told me to pay it now!? And asked me to pay immediately...?! I don't know why this happened, it was a bad experience.

They don't care the guests but they stick to take advantage from the guests.

Rooms were new and clean, and Breakfast was superb.

Staff at the reception were very insolent and estremely unreasonable..! I booked for 5 rooms and 1 of them was Family Tripler room which shall be bigger and accomodate 3 adults and 2 kids. They provided a Standard Double room instead. They denied they breach the reservation and refuses to refund the extra charges I paid for the Triple room. The reason why we need a bigger room was that one of the couples were not a couple and the lady should sleep with other ladies. As the result, I had to sleep with the gentleman and my wife had to sleep with the lady. I would never give in to their extremely unreasonable and unpleasant attitude, and I will chase may claim agaist them for not only the refund but also reimbursement of the mental damages I got from the hotel.

We chose this hotel because we needed to be close to the airport. It's not the nicest part of town.

Good airport hotel ruined by irresponsible staff

The hotel facilities were really good. The room was well arranged spacious and neat and clean.

The hotel location all though very near to sestri poente railway station but Google maps really go crazy there it gives you a weird direction that takes you around the hotel via a carriage way which is really dangerous to walk. When communicated with hotel staff they either don't understand English or don't have the intrest to help out. Another issue again with hotel staff is they are quite un organised and guests then have to bear for that. They pre authorised my card before my check out and then during check out again wanted to charge my card because they lost their pre authorisation memo. Finally after a n hour long discussions I had to do twice the transaction else they weren't letting me go to airport. The good thing was that after two days the earlier transaction did come. But the experience was quite ruined due to this problem. Finally food is definitely not I would recommend here, the price they charge is no where near the taste or quality they provide. Even the restaurant staff is quite rude and rash.

Hotel near airport or port for cruises with parking and breakfast and free airport shuttle

The location was great if you are either arriving at the airport or leaving for a cruise. It's about 15mins to drive to the port. You can walk from the hotel to several restaurants nearby. Breakfast was nice and staff were helpful. There is an underground parking available.

We only stayed one night and everything was fine. The airport shuttle was a little difficult to organise because you have to call after landing to request it, my parents had a little trouble with that since they didn't have an Italian phone and needed to activate roaming to do this. Perhaps a whatsapp number to message would make it easier because guests could use the free wifi to make the call or send a message

Not great.

Great location for the airport.

Air con wasn’t working, my room had dirty flossing stick in the sink from the last person when I arrived, the phone didn’t work, the pillows were awful and the bed wasn’t great either. The price of the hotel is because it’s next to the airport but I still think it shouldn’t be this price. Also I booked two shuttles for 9 people and two kids and they said 7:30 when we all arrived they said no they said 7 & 7:30 communication was not clear they was not helpful at all in this situation.

Decent hotel but overpriced

The room was comfortable and the wifi worked well.

Hotel was understaffed. The restaurant literally had one employee taking orders, serving, cleaning tables and being the cashier for dinner. It took forever to get food but the food was decent. Overall the price of the hotel is too high for what it's worth and the location is not near anything.

Great for airport overnight.

Modern room. Clean, Free shuttle to and from the airport is reason alone to stay there. It was also very quiet dispite being near the airport and port. If you are coming from a train station, make the time to go to the airport for pick- up. Walking the road isn’t safe.

The restaurant was awful for dinner. Breakfast was fine.

A gorgeous property. Clean and I really want the mirror in the bathroom. all the staff we encountered were super helpful and lovely! Would love to stay here again.

You can easily here the noise from the rooms such as people passing by or people talking and the location was slightly awkward to get to but it doesn’t take away from the hotel it’s self, it is still fab
