- Big room, its an apartment which feels like home - There's a small kitchen for cooking, which however seems nowhere to find knife if we really need to cook - There's a water dispenser which I like it very much! - Staff quite friendly

- Smelly room, maybe need more ventilation - Bathroom has no air ventilation as well, I bet this is also one of the reasons why it has some smell Guest bathroom shower room is not closed with curtain or anything, which the water will splash out when you take bath, need to be cautious while taking bath - The window near single sofa is dirty, probably because no one has tried to open the window before. When I tried to open it, some dirts dropped from the top to my hand..... - Breakfast definitely need some upgrade

The new part of the hotel is good, all perfect.

I was first 2 night in the old part of the hotel. This part is impossible to stay in.

The location was easy to access from the airport. The bed was comfortable and sheets were crisp and clean.

It may have been the particular room we were given, but I found that it was rather run down and the rooms were not well cleaned. Inside the cupboards was dusty and dirty, with broken handles and paint peeling throughout the unit. The bathroom and kitchen were also not clean enough. I was also surprised to find just two small bottles of water left for a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom unit. It’s a small, inexpensive gesture and I think more effort could have been made. We were also only given 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, despite being a party of 3. I am familiar with Oakwood properties and I felt this property was a let down and not representative of the Oakwood brand. Unfortunately I would not recommend this property.
