Staff was verr helpful. Helped with some tech issue with membership on app. Left my care inside tge room and got blocked inside. Staff at lebanese restaurant helped. Also, staff at Handi restaurant was veru cheerful- made me feel like home

The hotel was excellent. The staff in particular were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help. I would throughlty recommend this hotel.

The employees were super friendly: (1) on arrival, my room was not ready and the front desk lady politely offered me drinks and fruit plater while i wait for my room; (2) i came back with quite a bit of shopping and the employee at restaurant saw me struggling a bit to try and press the lift button and she rushed over to help; (3) on checking out, i informed the front desk a accidental broke a glass while trying to wash the glass and the employee just told me they will wave the charges. I will be back!

Room was a little cramped and poor ergonomics

Gym was well equipped, but far too hot for a professional gym.
