I booked their top room and everytime I have stayed there, they sent housekeeping at odd hours and housekeeping just enter the room doesn’t matter if you’re in meeting or whatever.

We really liked the hotel’s location, especially its proximity to public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our room, which was spacious, comfortable, and offered great views of Jakarta’s skyline. Cleanliness was also good, and we appreciated the overall amenities. We also tried the pool on the 5th floor, which was a nice place to relax.

The start of our stay was a bit unusual. Even though we had booked the hotel several months in advance and our reservation was confirmed, while we were already at the airport, we received an email saying that our card had not been accepted and that we needed to provide another credit card; otherwise, we might lose our reservation. Unfortunately, we did not have another credit card available. This kind of issue should be clarified much earlier, rather than at the last minute when guests have already booked their flights, transportation, and other parts of their holiday around the stay. In the end, somehow, by magic, the original card was accepted after all, and the payment went through without any further issues. The breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly special. We also tried the Indonesian restaurant for dinner, but unfortunately, it was not good value for money. The prices were quite high, while the food and overall experience did not meet our expectations.

Drama about laundry service which was obscenely expensive and late at the same time. I’ve spent 3 months travelling, used anything from local laundry to self service to high end hotels - and this was by far the worst causing massive stress
