Confortable et propre

The apartment was amazing: with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and more storage space than we have at home. The place was spotless clean, and it had a washing machine. The pool was great; with towels and service at the pool. Great options for breakfast, from Indonesian to Western,’it was all there. The staff was super friendly! Went out of their way for us. And the room service was quick and tasty!

Central location, friendly and helpful staff, great gym, very nice pool area with jacuzzi, comfortable and very clean apartment. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants in the building.
I wish they could arrange twin beds in one of the bedrooms inside the 2-bedroom apartment (it’s double bed in both rooms).
The bed is more on the firm side, at least in the master bedroom (my husband likes it, but I prefer softer), but they provided a comforter (top mattress) upon request.

Location and the quietness of the room
The breakfast does not meet the expectations of a 5 star hotel, both in terms of food quality and seating comfort.
The layout is inconvenient.
The entrance is on the ground floor while the reception is several floors higher and you have to change the elevator to reach your room.
