Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasn’t working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more.
Best thing about staying here was definitely the bar. Visited on all nights we stayed here. Amazing live music. However, Toilets at the bar were in a horrible state by the end of the night and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned all night.
Good variety of food at breakfast but overcrowded. Felt less like a luxury hotel and more like a business hotel.

The hotel is incredible. It's very spacious and has a very outstanding decoration. I only sensed that the fragrance might not be the right one because it failed a little bit humid odor. The check-in time can't improve. Other than that, this is one of the best hotels to consider to stay in Jakarta definitely. It offers are really nice value for price one of the best I will go back
