a noise above my room was scarry and frequently. reported to reception twice the next day but said There is nothing! However, it happened again and again, as a rolling cylinder with massive sounds, even at midnight. When complained for again they agreed to change the room and declared tht above the room is like a store or tools room!! . In addition, a bad smell keep coming out ofvthe toilet
