The location of staff everything was perfect and definitely. I recommend this place for new married couple couples and family.

After a disappointing experience at another hotel, Raffles Jakarta completely restored our faith in luxury hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the difference was obvious. Check-in was smooth and efficient, we were given our room early, offered a later checkout, and personally escorted to our room with a thorough explanation of the hotel’s facilities and services. Every interaction felt thoughtful, professional and genuinely guest-focused. What impressed us most was the staff’s attitude. Whenever we requested something, the response was never simply “no”. If something wasn’t possible, the team would actively look for a solution or suggest a suitable alternative. That willingness to help made a huge difference and created the feeling that the staff genuinely wanted guests to have the best possible experience. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Small touches such as complimentary fruit and water at the pool, welcome drinks, proactive recommendations and consistently attentive service elevated the entire stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable and extremely well maintained. The facilities were excellent, and as someone who has recently spent time in Japan, I was delighted to find a heated toilet seat! We also enjoyed a wonderful massage, which was another highlight of the stay. What stood out most was how effortless everything felt. Requests were handled quickly, staff communicated well with one another, and we never felt that we needed to chase anyone or repeat ourselves. Luxury is often associated with beautiful buildings and expensive furnishings, but for me true luxury is feeling looked after. Raffles Jakarta delivered exactly that. An outstanding stay and a hotel I would happily return to.

Nothing to not like

We stayed at Raffles Jakarta for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and accommodating, always going out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and the hotel made our stay extra special with thoughtful touches including chocolates, a lovely anniversary cake, complimentary teas, and even a beautifully prepared bubble bath one evening. These small details really made a difference and showed the high level of care and hospitality. The room was spacious, spotless, and very luxurious, and the butler service was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of high-quality options each morning. A special thank you as well to Ragiela and Fransceaco from the breakfast room, who were both incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their kindness and excellent service made our mornings even more enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium, luxurious stay in Jakarta with outstanding service. We would definitely visit again.

The only small thing we noticed was that there was mould in the Mens steam room and the women’s steam room was closed. We also visited during the eid holidays so spa was closed for two days. I would advise the hotel to keep a sign:rule for a certain modest attire for breakfast.
