Good location and many facilities available.
The business center is a good place for me to work for a few hours.
Lots of fruit flies found in the bathroom, it is better to clean the pipes.

I like the breakfast and the location which is strategic.
I don't like the room which was smoking room because its smell was so bad. Although they offered to spray air freshener, It could't completely remove the bad smell.

Friendly and responsive Staff
Decent location > closer to a strip mall incase once needs more food option
Ask for additional service if you like (iron/iron board)
Facility in general > I was on 10th floor, older room and furniture. Lot of cracks and gaps and outside voices were audible
Breakfast - was okay, better option in the strip mall (McD for breakfast )
In-room service - was alright, ordered a chicken club sandwich which costed IDR 150K and it was just lame (and dry). Grab food is a much convenient option.
