Beautiful location, great hosts, great value for money, will visit again.

Family Wimmer is very helpful, polite and eager to help. We were a group of four and required a decent kitchen facility which was provided. The location is amazing to wake up under mighty mountains. You can get your clothes washed at a decent price too so all in all a great vacation home.

Nothing much to say except that we had two elderlies with us walking up 2 floors was a hassle. Juliana did offer a room in the ground floor though. And I am aware that all properties in that area are without elevators and frankly we liked the view from the higher floor.

We stayed for a short week to ski in the area of Ehrwald. We knew the area and enjoyed it again!

There was a parking spot in front of the house.

Minor point was that there was no ambiance-lighting, but that is quite normal traveling abroad.

Lovely stay at a lovely place in lovely little Ehrwald!

Beautiful, cosy and comfortable apartment with stunning views of the mountains! Great location - beautiful hiking trails nearby, the church and town centre only 6 minutes walk away and a Spar supermarket less than 5 minutes away. It’s quiet and serene. The check-in process was a little confusing but we worked it out in the end with the help of Juliana. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. She gave us a lot of useful information and advice. Thank you Juliana! There is handwash, dishwashing liquid, salt and pepper provided. You have to bring/buy your own shampoo, bath gel and cooking oil. Laundry can be done by the management for €7 a load (washing and drying). The guest card allows you to use the public transport in the area for free so you can visit the neighbouring towns/villages as well. There is a lovely waterfall in the area outside Ehrwald - Häselgehr Wasserfall. It‘s about 45 minutes away on foot or 7 minutes away by car. Nice to have a picnic there.

We loved everything and wished that we could have stayed longer than our 4 nights!

Kurzurlaub in Ehrwald

Traumhafte Lage, ich hatte Wohnung 11. Aus dem einen Fenster Blick auf die Zugspitze, aus dem anderen Blick auf den "Daniel" und Lermoos. Zimmer war für eine Person groß genug, Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und das Bett war auch sehr gemütlich. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Het uitzicht was prachtig! De accommodatie was praktisch.

De accommodatie was praktisch, enkel een airconditioning was fijn geweest, maar niet noodzakelijk aangezien het ‘s avonds gelukkig afkoelde. Daarnaast hebben we wel gemerkt dat sommige pannen en ketels niet afgewassen waren.

Mit den Bergen aufwachen

Wir hatten das Dachzimmer mit einem imposanten Blick auf Sonnenspitze und Co. Ehrwald war auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um direkt loszuwandern zu verschiedenen Hütten oder in Richtung Seebensee. Familie Wimmer war sehr nett und das Haus war sehr sauber.

Ideale uitvalsbasis om tijdens de zomermaanden te wandelen (of te fietsen).

Het huis met appartementen was mooi gelegen in rustig dorp. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal, beetje ouderwetse inrichting maar kraaknet en alles was aanwezig (in keuken, badkamer, ...). Veel restaurats op loopafstand. "La Belle Epoque" (nieuw) een aanrader! Een ideale uitvalsbasis om van hieruit (vb de trein te nemen naar Innsbrück - wat we ook gedaan hebben -) of om te gaan wandelen. Uitgestippelde routes lagen klaar in de hal.

Het weer maar dat heb je niet in de hand! En als je naar de bergen trekt, weet je dat er kans op regen is!
