I think I will come back some time!

The room was bigger than expected. The food was quite alright, I had different expectations based on the reviews coming from Google Maps but maybe we were not that peaky in the end. It really worth to stay here, really comfy and the price was good. The receptionists are very kind and speak English good. The cleaning lady exceeded our expectations, she was doing her job while we ate.

The invoice did not had all the usual details (codes/numbers) even if I specifically mentioned severely times that the invoice is really important to me because I need it later. But they still have some time to sent me the right one. (I will come back with an update if so)

Rooms were very large. Staff were very helpful. Pool was nice but small.

I did not like it at all. The smell from the shower was bad. Fridge is not working and with a bad smells. Breakfast was very poor, coffee is extra money. In the restaurant cocktails were very bad. Maximum 3 stars, and I am not sure even that. I do not recommend.

Aboslute luxury with great friendly service 👌

The staff were absolutely amazing. We were on our honeymoon and when we first arrived there was a trail of roses,candles and ballons through the hotel room leading to a bottle of chilled champagne. Just like out of a movie. Quick and friendly service, they also worked us out I believe so there wasn't many sirs/madame which we liked, they seemed more like great people than the robots you can find in other top end hotels. The restaurant was fantastic too, great seafood. The pool area was just luxury with a view.

The pool area was very good and staff polite and helpful.

It advertises restaurant, which unfortunately wasn’t open for lunch or dinner during our stay as it was a religious holiday, which we weren’t informed about. It was open at breakfast, but very little choice and if you didn’t get there at opening time, they didn’t top anything up so nothing left. The location of hotel was around 30 minutes walk to the resort to be able to get lunch or dinner at a restaurant. And in 30 degrees this was not good.

The night shutters wouldn't close on one of the windows. It's a pretty steep walk back if you go anywhere on foot. However, you have everything you need at the hotel and a little grocery store for some drinks is pretty close.

Really nice staff (perfect English, however some staff could not speak Serbian/Montenegrin language which is odd considering the hotel is in Montenegro). Very, very spacious and clean room. Pool in the hotel. Great breakfast!

The location is quite a while from the city center by foot (uphill on the way back to the hotel). Nothing major and that's a minus on my end for not doing proper research. The sauna, albeit advertised did not work. A bit pricey but I guess it's like that in the majority of Ulcinj in 2023.

Despite the weather the visit was very enjoyable and relaxing.

The hotel food was great, unfortunately we came before the season started so the restaurant wasn't fully operational. I saw others comment how there isn't much diversity for breakfast and in truth there wasn't, but what was available is really good with a little variety in pastries. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service! I would love to come back again if possible. I encourage you to enjoy the view either from the hotel room or from the restaurant/lounge-pool area it is definitely worth the visit.

The location is a bit far from the busier streets, so if you are without any kind of transport or vehicle it will take a bit of effort.

Best hotel and staff in Montenegro

We had a super nice holiday at the Hotel Haus Freiburg. The hotel absolutely lived up to expectations. We feel extremely comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The food was delicious and most of the guests were super nice. The owner personally took care of our well-being. He was extremely polite and very courteous. We already miss the hotel and have decided to book only this hotel out of all the hotels in Montenegro.

The place is amazing, very very clean, rooms are very comfortable, the staff is always there for you, big thanks to Ema, she is a wonderful host! I highly recommend Lobby Freiburg, quiet and comfortable hotel, the food is delicious, swimming pool very clean, and the View of the ocean is mesmerizing. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰🥰 a lot of parking space and safety there is at highest level!

Very comfortable and pleasant.

The staff was very kind and the property is very comfy. There is parking space andthe pool is amazing . The best beaches in small plaza are close to the property.

Walking distance is not big but a bit steep. If u have a car takes 2-3 minutes to reach the plazas .

Lovely views!

The views, the pool and the balcony area, which got the last of the sun. We got clean towels nearly every day and the apartment was cleaned regularly. The owners were helpful and friendly.

There wasn't anything that we didn't really like, so I would just say that we had the penthouse apartment and there is no lift, so be prepared to lug your luggage up lots of stairs (although I am sure the reception staff would help).
