Beautiful view, but many unexpected and undeclared issues
The balcony view was absolutely stunning. The location is excellent directly facing the sea. It's ideal for enjoying a morning coffee with a beautiful coastal background.
The parking offered by the hotel was about 700 meters away, in an open and unguarded area. I was told there is "security", but when I asked about liability, it was made clear that the hotel takes no responsibility in case of damage or theft. As a result, I had to find a different public parking spot closer to the hotel and paid €9/day, again with no real protection. ⚠️ This was not disclosed anywhere on Booking. During check-in, our passports were taken and not returned until the end of our stay. When I asked about this, the receptionist said: “We return them at the end.” Only after speaking with the manager and pointing out that Montenegrin law prohibits holding personal documents beyond registration, we got them back. This is not just unprofessional – it’s legally unacceptable and a serious red flag. Wi-Fi was either extremely weak or completely non-functional during most of our stay. Despite Booking stating "Free Wi-Fi in all areas", it was practically unusable. I was not allowed to enter the hotel premises without a shirt, even though the hotel is beachfront and the entrance to the rooms is separate from the restaurant. I'm not questioning the rule itself, but this should be clearly mentioned in Booking so that guests are aware beforehand. The room was far below expectations, with outdated furniture, poor lighting, and minimal cleanliness. The only truly positive aspect was the spectacular view from the balcony. Noise from the surrounding area was loud until late at night. While this is somewhat expected in beach areas, it should still be mentioned in the hotel listing for those expecting a quiet stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage war wie versprochen.
Wir hatten zwei Zimmer als Familie, die Zimmer waren sehr veraltet und nicht so wie in den Bildern versprochen, die Schränke konnten nicht genutzt werden, da ein sehr starker und unangenehmer Geruch im Schrank war. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte im einten Zimmer nicht, ebenfalls war die Türklinke kaputt, welche jedes mal rausfiel, wenn die Türe geöffnet wurde. Wir hatten dies dem Personal gemeldet, welchem diese Mängel schon bekannt waren, unternommen wurde jedoch nichts. Das Frühstück war "oke", jedoch kriegte man bei der Kostenpflichtiger Bestellung das bessere Menü als das inkludierte.

Gute Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand, auch in der Innenstadt. Laute Musik beginnt ab ca 22:00 und endet um 01:00, man hört die Musik definitiv auch in der Unterkunft, also nix für Leute die sich schon um 22:00 hinlegen. Uns persönlich hat es nicht gestört. Unser Frühstück war im Nebenhotel, es gabs Bauarbeiten in unserem Restaurant, aber es haut fast fertig ausgesehen, als wir weg gingen. Leider gibt es im Restaurant vom Nebenhotel nur wenig Sitzplätze bzw Tische, dh man musste oft warten bis jemand aufgestanden ist. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, an der Rezeption wird auch Englisch gesprochen.
Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern könnte allgemein besser werden. Es schaut auf den ersten Blick sauber aus, bei genauem hinsehen, fällt einem das eine oder andere schon auf. Man hat keine Möglichkeit die Strandsachen irgdwo aufzuhängen. Das Nebenhotel hatte zb in den Balkonen kleine drei reihige Wäschestangen in der Wand montiert, was sehr praktisch ist. Bei uns wurde die Bettwäsche erst am 4 Tag Aufenthalt gewechselt, wobei sie eindeutige schon zum Wechseln bereit war, das Bett wurde aber täglich gerichtet vom Personal. Jedoch gabs keine Frischen Handtücher, der Boden wurde auch kein einziges Mal gewischt oder gestaubsaugt, das kann ich sagen, weil der selbe Schmutz immer noch an den selben Stellen war. Im Großen und Ganzen kann man nicht sagen, dass das Hotel schmutzig ist, aber es könnte definitiv besser werden.
