The Pino is a lovely boutique hotel with great staff and we had an excellent break.

The sea facing rooms have a great view and are spacious. The hotel itself is in a very good location away from the town centre. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very good. There are very good restaurants nearby and in the old town. It is a great place to stay.

Excellent stay for the price, amazing welcome and service from staff.

Location was amazing, we came at a time when many hotels were closed but this one thankfully remained open and the weather was just about right. From the minute we checked in right up until check out, the staff (Linda, Nita and Eli) were so kind and helpful. They were the most friendly and honestly made our stay 10x better. We didn't get a chance to get in the pool but the sunset views from the pool were amazing and the proximity to the coast was really convenient too. The breakfast was nice and the balcony was good too. Room temperature was okay and was easy to be able to change. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated for some food on our checkout despite the breakfast bar being closed. Ease of access into the main town was not an issue approx. 10 min drive and parking was relatively easy too. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean.

The TV could have been bigger and easier to function. The drainage smell lingers sometimes throughout the day but it's not that deep. If they had a fitness centre it would be 10/10. The pillows did get abit uncomfortable as well as the bed but otherwise all ok.

We loved our stay here during our trip around Montenegro. Very warm, friendly boutique hotel set in the pine woods of ulcinj. Great views from the infinity pool and cafe and lots of restaurants only a short walk away. Staff could not do enough for you - special shout out to Eli gjoka who seems to be a constant smiling presence and Arlinda , both of whom epitomised all that is great about this hotel. Highly recommend .

From the moment we arrived at the Pino Hotel, we have been greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. This hotel exceeded all our expectations and delivered an overall great experience. Check-In & Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were courteous, informative, and eager to accommodate my preferences. Throughout my stay, every interaction with the staff was met with genuine attentiveness. We would like to specifically mention Eli who made our stay easy and enjoyable. Room & Amenities: Our room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and offered stunning views of the coastline. The bed was plush and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with all necessary toiletries. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of fresh items including local specialties prepared to perfection.

Wonderful place to stay outside the heart of Ulcinj

This place is the pinnacle of hospitality. My friend and I had a wonderful time there and would highly recommend it. The staff was one of the friendliest and most helpful groups that I have ever experienced. The breakfast is delicious with extensive variety. The rooms (and bathrooms) are gigantic and incredibly clean. The pool is a beautiful amenity with a breathtaking view. The hotel is located a bit outside of the downtown area, but was easily walkable, and was nice to have a little more calmness. The menu of the restaurant downstairs was concise, but all of the food was delicious.

Lux and tranquility with a stunning vieuw

The hotel lies add the edge of town, luckily far away from the loud and busy city center of Ulcinj. The room was very spaceous, beautifull and luxurious and the sea view is breatbtaking. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast in the restaurant across the street was very good with nice sea vieuws. The hotel is small, so it never feels crowded at the beautifull infinity pool.

The staff is amazing. Everyone from reception to housekeeping made our stay memorable. The rooms are very modern and the balcony with views over the ocean was our favorite relax spot after having dinner at the amazing Higo restaurant. Breakfast is also served at Higo. A lot of choice from eggs to waffles and the terrace of the restaurant is overlooking the ocean. This was the best accomodation during our holiday and we will come back for sure! Regarding PCR tests for travellers. The accomodation can help you with making an appointment fot a PCR test at a private clinic (around 49 euros). You have the results the same day.

Wir haben 2 Tage verlängert, weil wir uns wohlgefühlt haben.

Die Lage etwas ausserhalb, sehr ruhig, zu Fuß in 10 min in der Stadt. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe (zb. Sapore, direkt am Meer). Platz fürs Auto und sehr gutes Frühstück. Personal war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert hilfsbereit.

Wir waren die letzten Gäste der Saison, daher wurden wir sehr ausmerksam behandelt. Es gab nichts, was zu bemängeln war. Leider hat es ein einem Tag stark geregnet, was zu ein paar Pfützen führte, aber sofort behoben wurde.
