I would suggest this hotel to everyone who visit Ulcinj.

Friendly staff, perfect location, garage and fantastic breakfast!

Location, large room and beautiful terrace. Everything is modern and well designed.

Overall a good stay with a great staff 🙂

The breakfast was really good ,and for the lunch and dinner I can say they definitely had a great chef because the food was excellent 🙂

Most of the staff were amazing-Elsa🥰was so kind and always ready to help …Gazmend ,Nicola and the gentleman from 🇦🇱 that served us was kind professional and really helpful.But the blonde receptionist who had years there working was the opposite.She never smiled,said one part of the spa wasn’t working (through it felt like she just didn’t want to arrange it ) and when I asked her if i could pay extra to enjoy the pool longer,she immediately said no .I was surprised too see her promoted on instagram as “ the friendly face of the service “because that was not our experience at all ..The rest of the team was truly great and the lady that clean was so sweet and we tried to make her an easy day cuz we let the room clean and ready for her ….Thanks to everyone who was kind to us -we also tried to show kindness with our attitude and a generous tip 🙂

A pleasant stay in a comfortable hotel - great sunsets!

Breakfast and food generally was good. Room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Dressing gown and slippers provided. I would stay again again.

For a 5 star hotel and associated costs there were some things missing - nowhere to hang wet clothes if it was raining; insufficient drawer space for clothes; no tissues; an armchair in the room would have been nice.

The breakfast was nice. The staff is amazing. All of them. There is a nice view on the beach. The beach is 20 seconds walking distance. So it’s very good if you go during summer😎 The hammam was very nice.

The swimming pool was dirty on the day I arrived. The jacuzzi has stagnant brown water in it which we know can bring any kind of health issues and bring mosquitoes. The hotel is nice but definitely not a 5*. I know stars depend of the country etc. But this hotel was not cheap at all, so I was expecting something higher.

First day of arrival hotel host a wedding event, we couldn't sleep because of high music voice. Despite using beach is free, Stewart on beach asked for money. We refused to pay. Price was high for service. View is great for sea side rooms

This stay ended up being the worst possible experience for my boyfriend and I. Prior to making the reservation, we called to hotel to make sure there would be a parking space for our car, and they confirmed. On July 22, we arrived to the hotel, and: 1. The room wasn’t clean. 2. The parking lot was blocked due to the guests parking everywhere. No one could get in or out of the lot. We then went to the reception to ask about the situation in the parking lot and we were told that, in order to park there, we would have to wait until one of the cars left. In the meantime, we did not receive any information whatsoever nor did we get a short tour of the hotel. After an hour, there was an available spot in the parking lot, which was a total chaos. The guests parked as they wished. We finally got the key to our room that wasn’t even cleaned properly. There were stains on the sheets and dust/crumbs on the night stands. The pool on the roof is dirty, and the jacuzzi did not work properly. It was impossible to heat up. Massages are also available at the hotel but the prices vary depending on which staff member you ask. The evening after our arrival, we wanted to drive out but the exit in the parking lot was blocked by two chairs, and our car was blocked by five other cars. We went to the reception to ask, and we were told that we weren’t allowed to drive out from 8pm until 1am. We never received this information, which resulted in an uncomfortable situation. We asked the lady at the reception what we should do, as we had an arrangement in Budva with some friends, and she called the owner of the hotel to talk to us. We asked him why we didn’t get the information about cars not being allowed to drive out from 8pm and what we should do in an emergency case. The owner simply laughed at us arrogantly – he didn’t want to present a solution. We decided to leave a day earlier than planned as the behavior and service at this hotel are HORRIBLE.

Fine hotel but not for this price

The rooftopbar was amazing and the pool was a nice feature. Also the bartender was really nice. The hotel was okay but not worth the high price.

The floor of the room was dirty and the bed felt gross. There were some children at the pool I guess from staff or from the owner. They were gross and pied on the ground and screamed a lot, not nice when you are there for some peace. But kids will be kids.

Jedan lep kratak odmor u lepom ambijentu među veoma uslužnim ljudima

Doručak je bio odličan. Raznvrstan i obilan sa dodatkom koji nam nije naplaćen. Lokacija hotela je odlična, na samoj plaži i na šetalištu. Hotel poseduje divnu terasu do plaže. Hotel poseduje i parking u prizemlju što je veoma bitno pogotovu kada je sezona.

Zaista nemamo nikakve zamerke. Možda nismo previše zahtevni gosti ali ne treba iznositi ni neke zamerke ako realno ne smatrate da postoje.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand. Tiefgarage am Hotel - Super. Großes, helles Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Gutes Abendessen im Restaurant mit 1A Service. Tolles Frühstück.

ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד ורמת שירות גבוהה בשעות הבוקר.

1. החל משעות אחה"צ לא היה אף אחד בקבלה הרבה זמן ולא ניתן היה לקבל מענה 2. שירותי החוף מנוהלים ע"י גורם נוקשה ואגרסיבי. מאוד לא נעים. בנוסף, מאוד צפוף בחוף 3. כדי להגיע לחוף צריך לחצות כביש שמהווה מעין חיץ בין המלון והשירותים שלו, לבין החוף
