This hotel is managed by sister and brother and has incredible charm and is up-to-date. The staff is extremely friendly. I can recommend taking breakfast because of the fresh and various choice - eg fresh orange juice! Bikes are available for free to bike to the center, Viareggio orPietrasanta.
