Disgusting. Deceitful. Unforgivable.
⚠️ The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Hotel Regina, Forte dei Marmi, Italy. This hotel is a complete disgrace. For €220 per night, I was given a tiny 6-square-meter room where I could barely move. It felt like a prison cell — claustrophobic, disgusting, and absolutely unacceptable for any paying guest, let alone at this price. I had prepaid for 4 nights (€880 total). When I first arrived and saw the room, I immediately told the staff I didn’t want to stay there and asked for a refund. Their response? “No refunds. Take it or leave it.” I was forced to stay four nights in that miserable space — an experience that felt more like punishment than hospitality. This is not just bad service — it’s a scam, an insult to guests, and in my opinion, a crime. I strongly believe the Italian Ministry of Tourism should fine this hotel €1,000,000 for false advertising, unacceptable conditions, and abuse of trust. If I had the time, I would hire a good lawyer and sue them for the same amount. And the worst part? They refuse to return even a single euro. ⸻ Avoid Hotel Regina at all costs. They don’t care about their guests — only your money. They should be ashamed to call this place a hotel. Disgusting. Deceitful. Unforgivable. And by the way, every single day I wrote five messages to the managers at Booking.com — and I received absolutely no help and no reply whatsoever! It’s disgusting and outrageous to see how a major platform refuses to support its own customers.

Hotel strategico e rilassante
Posizione cenrtalissima vicina alla zona pedonale di Forte dei marmi e quindi comoda per tutto (compreso le spiagge vicinissime). Albergo carino e storico nel panorama locale. Staff molto giovane e gentile. Colazione piu che valida per un tre stelle. Disponibile Parcheggio interno non grandissimo ma ben gestito e cmq disponibili posti esterni nella ZTL in carico all'hotel.. Non ho usufruito del ristorante.
la mia stanza singola era carina ma veramente .... piccola soprattutto se rapportata al prezzo pagato; il bagno ancora di più. Chiaramente quando vai a Forte dei Marmi ad agosto sai che cosa ti aspetta a livello di rapporto prezzi/qualità. Unica cosa non avrei fatto pagare la bottiglietta di acqua in stanza, ormai non lo fa più nessuno. L'ho trovato poco elegante visto la tipologia di hotel ma comunque è un aspetto secondario.
