A decent hotel, which preserves the scent of a bygone era, but with a special mirage…old italian style

Great location close proximity to the centre and the beaches, a 1’ walk to Capannina, famous night club. Private beach and bicycles to rent, good breakfast

It can be quite noisy, the walls are quite thin and we could hear other guests walking around… luckily we faced away from main road so not that much noise from outside. I think the hotel is partly being renovated, our room was very basic but enough

Good hotel in a great location!

The bed was large and comfortable and the air con was efficient. There was also plenty of storage provided. The tv.had many channel's available. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. There was lots of nice seating areas and lovely gardens. It was a quiet location just a few mins walk from the beach and approx 10 /15 mins walk from centre of the town. The hotel had bikes for rent.

The charge for the beach beds and shade was very expensive..80 euros a day per couple ! The evening meal was also rather pricey.

Hotel from hell, great if you do not sleep all night

Nothing I can think of

The room that was originally booked was supposed to have view of the mountains as sea view was supposedly sold out. The room we got did not have mountain view or any views The hotel was Infront of a night club that played the loudest music outdoor until 4 am. The two nights we had booked it was impossible to sleep. If anyone wants to be tortured this is a good way to achieve it. We also played for half board. There time to have dinner was limited between 8-9 pm. Staff were hovering and rushing with food to usher you out and for e you to finish. It was an unpleasant dining experience

Awful, overpriced and frankly rude staff

35% of the staff were friendly. The rest were reluctant to speak English and if they did, they were mainly trying to rip us off.

Most of the staff were reluctant to speak English. The rooms were tiny. The location wasn’t as close to the beach as advertised. The advert said ocean view but we experienced no such thing. The ”private” beach was run by a bunch of teenagers who weren’t particularly helpful. We were not offered any bycicles by the hotel which is apparently custom in Forte dei Marmi. Basically, we had to wait a long time for rooms that were very disappointing (especially considering the hefty price of about 400 euros per night), that offered none of the premiums featured in the adverts and the staff was in no way interested in accommodating our needs.

Beautiful, old school hotel in a perfect location.

Old school hotel in a great location. The large, white marble bathroom was our favorite feature of the room. The staff were very friendly and informative. We will be back.

The beach umbrella daily rental rate was very expensive at €75 per day. We paid €25 at a beach club 100 meters further down in Santa di Pietrasanta.

Bad

The toilet flush does not work and they did not fix it for two days. They said too bad we cant do anytHing use the reception toilet. If your toilets do not work dont offer a room for your guests. Very old hotel. Not worth the amount paid at all. Horrible hotel. Run away!

furniture and room layouts need updating, Mattress and pillows are not comfortable. Hotel was noisy at night due to a bar next door.

Very nice location with pretty outdoor areas. Very helpful staff. Very nice bathroom and towels. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was good

Anyone was wearing the mask. Best case scenario, they were with the nose out. Otherwise, they were not even wearing It until a customer arrived. Some of the housekeeping did not even have one!! . When we arrived, no one told us anything about the services the hotel was offering. Nothing! Not at all! And when, 2 days after, we let them know that, at 21:00, the person decided It was a good moment to explain to us all the possibilities the hotel was offering (one day before leaving). . We liked the hotel but the service has been the poorest I have seen in a very long time.

Although a pleasant, well located hotel with parking facilities, it was rather dated and in need of a refurb. Bed was not that comfy. Staff very helpful though and we enjoyed our stay.

Hard mattress in a beautiful hotel.

Very clean and spacious. Lovely outdoor breakfast room with a good breakfast buffet ( cold only ).

Both the mattress and pillows were too firm for my liking. The mattress was also rather lumpy. Did not have a good night.

Super leuk charmant hotel dicht bij alles

Mooi en goed gelegen hotel dichtbij strand en dicht bij centrum. Beetje ouderwets maar zo charmant. Lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel. Goede frisse airco op de kamer. De mooie beachclub is extra betalen en vrij duur. Tip top Leuke vakantie gehad.

Spijtig geen zwembad. Dat hebben we gemist. Moet je elke dag dure beachclub betalen om aftekoelen.

Forte dei Marmi top - Hotel President flop.

Strand- und Zentrums-Nähe sind vorteilhaft

Sehr laute Lage neben einer Partymeile. Hotel liegt direkt neben einer Nachtbar mit Nacht-Imbiss, wo zwischen 0300-0600 nachts gegessen werden kann. Schlafen im Hotel kaum möglich, da schlechteste Isolation. Alte Fenster - Schallisolation praktisch gleich Null. Das inkludierte Frühstück ist spartanisch und nicht 4-Sterne. Die verschiedenen Brote sind OK. Ansonsten sehr fraglich. einzige Kaffe-Cappuccino Maschine zum selber machen. Kelloggs statt richtiges Birchermüesli, zwei verschiedene Käse, hart gekochte Eier, etwas Salami und geschnittener Schinken und eine lieblose Fruchtsalatschüssel - fertig. Kein Tomaten, keine Gurken, kein Frisches Yoghurt - nada. Möchtest du ein Pancake zusätzlich 10€, ein Porridge 10€, ein Glas Frisch gepresster Fruchtsaft 7€ … Aktiv bedient werden vor allem die heimischen italienisch sprechenden Gäste. Das Personal ist freundlich, jedoch sehr reserviert und zurückhaltend passiv. Die Bedienung der alten Klimaanlage wie auch die Duschbrause und Wasserfluss in der Dusche sind eine Herausforderung.
