Good overnight stay en route back from Tuscany towards Milan

Good location to the side of forte dei marmi, not far from the best private and a good public beach. Hotel clean and peaceful. Breakfast OK, actual coffee machine not capsules, decent choice of fruit and yoghurts too

Communication pre check-in is poor, struggle answering basic questions with other than template responses. Lot of redundant spam about payments (I paid fully ahead). Potentially due to language barrier

Relaxing and family friendly

What a great place to stay in, I stayed with my wife and my 2 kids, we had so much fun, and it feels like home Staff are absolutely friendly. Super clean and facilities are also great Breakfast was ok but needs a little bit more variety Location is great and not far from forte die marmi downtown There bicycles available for rent Car parking is free which is a great thing

Grazie! Wonderful Hotel Eden!

A wonderful gem of a hotel just on the border of Forte Dei Marmi and Cinquale. Superior room was spacious, modern and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming with the owners making an effort to speak to all guests. Loved to see Harry the Corgi!! Brilliant breakfast choices. Pool was lovely and we hired bikes to cycle to Viareggio and back.

This family owned Hotel was the best of our trip in Italy, super warm atmosphere, friendly o serviceminded Staff, the dog Harry - a sweet corgie helping out in the reception, a swimmingpool, lovely breakfast, interior design- feels very personal and summer.

Nice, quiet, clean stay!

pool was nice and had plenty of seating options. food in restaurant for dinner was okay but breakfast was very good. staff were excellent and really helpful to us when were trying to organsie taxis. Room was very clean and as described.

Not the hotels fault but during our stay (22nd/23rd September) the hotel was extremely quite and so were the adjacent beaches. Most restaurants were closed in the evening so the options were very limited. Also because the pool is a little shaded from the sun the water was very very cold. We had gotten the train to Forte Di Marmi and there were no taxis there and when we arranged one via the hotel, they were very expensive (€40 for a ten minute drive)

The room is not insulated at all, you can hear everything, I mean everything, in the next room. I couldn’t sleep very well.

we will come during the summer time next year to feel the atmosphere and the vibe of the area.

The staff (Marco, Sonia, Federica) is very attentive. We liked the breakfast set up for my husband's birthday. Thank you! Also, the room and the bed were very comfortable.

Good location, two minute walk from the beach, the staff were friendly and attentive

Ended up with a room in the old part of the hotel, not refurbished, bathroom was outdated and smelly, room did not offer any noise protection from the hallway - if we had been made aware of the room age at the time of booking, we would not have chosen this hotel
