Nice pool, rooms and staff. Food and location not great, good compromise quality-price for the area.

The pool was very nice, available chairs, attentive and professional lifeguard. Staff was also nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and had enough space.

Restaurant was a bit below expectations in terms of food quality vs. price, however not expensive to Forte dei Marmi. Location noisy, by the road and a bit far from the beach - need a bike or car.

Very disappointing. If you want to charge this much, offer premium service and facilities.

For 350 Euros a night, they gave us the worst room of the hotel (nothing like the photos from booking.com, almost basement-like, no view, facing car chargers). TV did not work, breakfast plates were dirty, people were smoking cigars at breakfast, staff was loud and inattentive. If you want to charge this much, offer premium service and facilities.

The Italian adventure

Breakfast, and the staff were lovely , the large sunbeds were very comfortable.

It looks like this hotel does a lot of events, and as a holiday maker , you are made to feel unwanted and in the way! As then, unless you paid to join in , there's nowhere for you to go , no other bar just for the holiday makers . Our room, which was nice enough , was overlooking the tesla carpark, which is not an ideal outlook. The floor on the balcony was very worn out , not good for pictures

The breakfast was horrible, old bread, bad coffee, no choice. To come to the elevator is a nightmare if you have heavy luggage and the staff isn’t helpful at all. Neither with our arrival nor departure, did anyone offer to assist with the luggage and it wasn’t like they didn’t see us, we were right in front of them struggling to get the suitcase off the short staircase in front of the hotel. Not worth 4* although they might have the amenities for it, it’s the first and last time we would ever come

Decent hotel

Location off the freeway, so easy access if you arrive late at night. The room was a bit basic for an UNA hotel. Breakfast was good, downstairs had a cool beach vibe.

With the hotel being off the freeway, you can hear the freeway noise. The first room I was allocated, didn’t have A/C and the floor was dirty. It was a bit bizarre that they knew the A/C was off and it was 28• degrees in the room. The receptionist did come upstairs to help with the suitcase. The hotel is in the outskirts of Forte dei Marmi. Rooms are a bit basic.

Absolutely not a 4 star hotel

Nice pool and bar

They only renovated part of the hotel and don’t tell customers if they will get the old or renovated area, old area is embarassing, stayned and ild carpets and terrible furniture, walls outside property are discolored and the paint is falling off

the pool area and pool staff were so good and friendly also the pool guards was so nice with our kids

the maintenance not only from out side you have to renew your machines and your Air conditioner in all hotel area its so so hot the AC doesn’t work for 2 days other room same thing i enjoyed my stay but i will never book this hotel again ..

Breakfast was exceptional. Great coffee. Lunch was very enjoyable and tasty.
