All’arrivo , in camera , un biglietto di accoglienza , personalizzato , scritto a mano dalla Direttrice . . Molto apprezzato . Camere molto pulite , arredo moderno e accogliente, letto molto comodo . All’esterno piscina, tendone a vela sotto il quale si fa un’ottima colazione , e si usufruisce di un ottimo bar e ristorante .

Lo staff e’ composto da ragazzi molto giovani , poco preparati e disattenti . Uso delle biciclette impossibile per scarsa manutenzione e disattenzione dello staff .

- Camere confortevoli e pulite - Bagno ben curato - Letti comodi - Piscina molto bella - Colazione ottima - Servizio Biciclette è stato fantastico, Hotel non proprio in posizione centrale a Forte dei Marmi, ma grazie a questo servizio ci siamo mossi agilmente verso il centro cittadino - Il bigliettino scritto a mano con gli auguri da parte dello Staff è un piccolo gesto, ma molto apprezzato.

Nice pool, rooms and staff. Food and location not great, good compromise quality-price for the area.

The pool was very nice, available chairs, attentive and professional lifeguard. Staff was also nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and had enough space.

Restaurant was a bit below expectations in terms of food quality vs. price, however not expensive to Forte dei Marmi. Location noisy, by the road and a bit far from the beach - need a bike or car.

For 350 Euros a night, they gave us the worst room of the hotel (nothing like the photos from booking.com, almost basement-like, no view, facing car chargers). TV did not work, breakfast plates were dirty, people were smoking cigars at breakfast, staff was loud and inattentive. If you want to charge this much, offer premium service and facilities.

Wat goed beviel was dat Roberta, de manager, alles deed om het ons naar de zin te maken nadat ik vast was komen te zitten in de lift.

Net onder het balkon staan 22 Tesla superchargers die dag en nacht in gebruik zijn. Op zich natuurlijk volkomen logisch, maar ook een bron van lawaai. Vlekken in het tapijt op de gangen. Ronduit onaardige en niet geïnteresseerd mensen in het ontbijtgedeelte. Ze hebben duidelijk geen plezier in hun werk. Geen enkele uitleg of wat dan ook bij het inchecken. Het kwam er op neer dat onze ontvangst min of meer werd afgeraffeld. De airco op de slaapkamer stond op standje diepvries waardoor mijn vrouw met een dikke trui aan moest slapen. Naderhand bleek dat de airco alleen via de receptie op een aangenamere temperatuur gezet kon worden ingesteld. Lunchen bij het zwembad bleek niet meer mogelijk om 14:20 vanwege sluiting van de keuken terwijl er om 15:00 nog gerechten werden geserveerd. Kortom, een zeer matige ervaring. Zeker, in onze ogen, geschikt voor een overnachting op doorreis maar niet als vakantieverblijf.

Ein perfektes Hotel für einen Stopover!

Das Hotel ist innen komplett und geschmackvoll renoviert, die Zimmer komplett neu. Das Frühstück ist großartig, alles frisch und sehr vielfältig.

Liegen am Pool sehr unbequem durch das Flechtmuster, Polster wären toll. Außenbereich teilweise sehr ungepflegt, weil nicht alles renoviert wurde. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer Richtung Tesla Ladestationen, dort war es durch den Generator sehr laut. Klimaanlage/Steuergerät wurde vom Vorgänger rausgerissen, AC ließ sich nicht mehr regulieren.

El hotel reciclado totalmente con una decoración muy moderna y de buen gusto. La atención del personal muy bien. La habitación triple súper cómoda y grande. El desayuno súper completo y muy bueno.

No me gustó la ubicación. Si van sin auto , imposible moverse a la playa, casi no vi taxis en forte, ni buses. Queda caminando casi a 1 hora del centro.MUY INCÓMODO Y NO RECOMIENDO NADA SINO TIENEN AUTO!!!!

Only the fact that they had parking space available, which is important in Forte dei Marmi

The breakfast was horrible, old bread, bad coffee, no choice. To come to the elevator is a nightmare if you have heavy luggage and the staff isn’t helpful at all. Neither with our arrival nor departure, did anyone offer to assist with the luggage and it wasn’t like they didn’t see us, we were right in front of them struggling to get the suitcase off the short staircase in front of the hotel. Not worth 4* although they might have the amenities for it, it’s the first and last time we would ever come

The Italian adventure

Breakfast, and the staff were lovely , the large sunbeds were very comfortable.

It looks like this hotel does a lot of events, and as a holiday maker , you are made to feel unwanted and in the way! As then, unless you paid to join in , there's nowhere for you to go , no other bar just for the holiday makers . Our room, which was nice enough , was overlooking the tesla carpark, which is not an ideal outlook. The floor on the balcony was very worn out , not good for pictures

Nel complesso bene ma poteva andare meglio

La zona piscina ed in generale quella esterna, si vede che sono più nuove e molto più curate. Un plauso per lo staff, garbato, gentile super accogliente ed attento a risolvere ogni problema o assecondare le nostre esigenze ( in particolare Tommaso, Giorgio e Sara). Colazione ricca all’esterno, possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette a costo zero. Letto e materasso comodo.

Le stanze erano mal tenute, sinceramente da un 4 stelle mi aspettavo una qualità più alta delle camere e della manutenzione. Rispetto alle fotografie gli ambienti si presentano già molto usurati e le nostre camere presentavano una serie di mal funzionamenti. In una pioveva acqua dal soffitto perché perdeva l’aria condizionata, nell’altra, l’alta della doccia era rotta e ci stava crollando addosso, poi l’hanno sistemata alla buona ma non con un intervento definitivo, tanto che si scardinava facilmente. Alcune delle stanze ( avevamo preso 6 doppie) nn si aprivano con chiave magnetica ma solo manuale. Devo dire che lo staff ce l’ha messa tutta per cercare di risolvere questi problemi, nei limiti delle sue possibilità. Da un punto di vista ecologico non ho gradito che nei bagni si usino ancora le saponette, tipicamente non riutilizzabili. All’esterno sul terrazzino ( molto sporco) non c’era la possibilità di stendere neppure un costume da bagno ad asciugare.

Decent hotel

Location off the freeway, so easy access if you arrive late at night. The room was a bit basic for an UNA hotel. Breakfast was good, downstairs had a cool beach vibe.

With the hotel being off the freeway, you can hear the freeway noise. The first room I was allocated, didn’t have A/C and the floor was dirty. It was a bit bizarre that they knew the A/C was off and it was 28• degrees in the room. The receptionist did come upstairs to help with the suitcase. The hotel is in the outskirts of Forte dei Marmi. Rooms are a bit basic.

Hotel molto pulito e ordinato. Ho apprezzato l'accoglienza ricevuta e l'aver trovato un biglietto di ben arrivata in camera con dei biscottini. Oltre al parcheggio, si possono utilizzare gratuitamente le bici. Molto comoda la posizione da cui si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti località come Marina di Pietrasanta

Magnifico soggiorno di relax

Scelto per la presenza di colonnine elettriche, l’hotel si è rivelata una vera chicca di eleganza e relax. Camere ampie e dotate di ogni comfort. Il letto è fantastico. Pulizia assoluta. Gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff. Trovare dolcetti di benvenuto in camera è stata una coccola inaspettata e molto gradita. Una bellissima piscina esterna e solarium.

Bagni dell’hotel molto sporchi e vecchi, le camere dispongono dell’aria condizionata funzionante solo da giugno in avanti, così ci hanno comunicato, cosa che non è stata specificata al momento della prenotazione. Siamo arrivati inizio maggio, la camera segnava 25 gradi e ha toccato i 30. Puzza di muffa ovunque. Volevamo usufruire delle bici gratuite per spostarci in centro e le bici disponibili non c’erano, ne avevano alcune legate con lucchetto e non avevano la chiave. A tal punto che il custode ha distrutto il lucchetto per darcele. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi gli orari della colazione, solitamente una comunicazione data al check-in, ci hanno comunicato che era alle 11:00. Il giorno dopo siamo andati a colazione alle 10:36 e ci hanno detto che stavamo chiudendo e non ci hanno neppure apparecchiato. Abbiamo richiesto delle pantofole, come da disposizioni indicate nei bagni delle camere, e le pantofole erano finite. Una sola carta per la camera, quando le persone erano due.
