This was our first time at FDM so I was not sure what to expect. When we showed up the hotel was super cute looking and in a great a location. The staff was very friendly and they were very accommodating.

1. The rooms were generally clean, but I would recommend the newer rooms, especially the ones near the pool.
2. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
1. The rooms are quite old, and some of them have issues with the air conditioning. The room phone also did not work, and there was no complimentary bottled water provided.
2. I did not appreciate being repeatedly contacted by the hotel after checkout, claiming that I had not returned the bike. I had returned the bike along with the key and handed both to the reception.
3. On one occasion, the air conditioning stopped working at around 2:00 AM. Since the room phone was not working, I had to go down to the reception myself to ask them to fix the issue.
4. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate in the bathroom.
