Full of charm, character and kindness

The heart and soul of this place will stay with us for a long time. This place makes you feel welcome and very looked after. The staff have personality, character and lovely; willing to do anything to help! They all have the needs of the guests as priority. They were kind, gracious and professional even with some very rude guests that were staying at the same time as us, who were abusing the hotel and the good nature of the staff. Food was delicious and they were so good with our toddler.

There is absolutely nothing about the hotel or the staff I would change. (Sadly you cannot always choose your guests but I hope that management can protect the hotel and their staff somehow going forward)

The breakfast was generous, with freshly baked croissants, scrambled eggs and fruits and yogurt in a cheery space with very helpful staff.

The location is ideal, and the balcony provided incredible views of the mountain range.

It states free parking in the list of the amenities, but in reality there are only 5-6 parking spots in the parking lot of the hotel. We had to search for parking spot in the street, since the ‘free parking’ was not available, unfortunately.

Nice and cosy hotel

Charming hotel in close proximity to the beach and the center of Forte dei Marmi. Very nice stuff. We had a wonderful sunny breakfast on the terrace. Although we only stayed there for one night, we still enjoyed the place very much.

Posizione strategica, in zona tranquilla e ricca di verde, vicina al centro del paese, raggiungibile in dieci minuti a piedi. Ristorante con ampia scelta di pietanze, di ottima qualità. Simpatia e cordialità da parte dello staff. Sistemazione consigliatissima, soddisfatto sfatti in tutto!

La Versilia a proprio piacimento, in pieno relax.

Il personale e la cucina in primis, poi la vicinanza al mare (3 minuti a piedi) e al centro cittadino (5 minuti a piedi).

Qualche piccolo problema nella camera, che potrebbe essere risolto facilmente, ma comunque trascurabile.

Gemütliches Hotel in ruhiger Lage trotz Stadt und Strandnähe.

Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten, Safe und kostenlosem WLAN. Sehr ruhig, nahe zur Stadt und zum Strand. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet mit Kaffee nach Wahl. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kostenlose Parkplätze rund um das Hotel. Eigener Fahrradverleih, mitgebrachte Räder kann man dort sicher abstellen.

Globalmente positivo, torneremo.

La struttura è in posizione molto comoda sia per la spiaggia che per il centro città. Molto apprezzato il servizio e la qualità sia della colazione (semplice ma adeguata) che della cena con piatti sempre buoni e ben preparati. Molto disponibili anche ad andare incontro alle richieste dei nostri bimbi, anche questo un grosso punto a favore. Lo staff molto cordiale sia alla reception che al ristorante. Ottima cosa la possibilità di utilizzare le bici messe a disposizione della struttura. Il nostro giudizio è senz’altro globalmente positivo e penso che torneremmo.

La pulizia a nostro avviso lascia molto a desiderare: sia nelle stanze che negli spazi comuni del ristorante. Penso che su questo punto si possa fare molto molto meglio e con poco, e questo indipendentemente dal fatto che si tratti di un tre stelle. Per questo motivo non abbiamo messo il Massimo della valutazione. Speriamo di trovare una situazione migliorata su questo punto al prossimo soggiorno.

Posizione perfetta per muoversi a piedi o in bicicletta, a due isolati dalle spiagge ed a pochi passi dal centro città. Colazione buona, camere silenziose con bagni moderni. Ottimi anche i servizi. Una garanzia.
