Fabulous- loved every minute, bikes great too!

Beautiful hotel , decoration amazing. Very comfortable, all rooms extremely well thought out with attention to detail. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I’m British so a kettle and cups for tea. Few of the staff very young seemed to be learning the ropes and missed a few basics.

My favorite hotel in Forte Dei Marmi

Our stay at La Serena was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and genuine hospitality by Stephano and his tan that we instantly felt at home. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful—stylish, elegant, and very peaceful. Our room was bright, spacious, and perfectly designed with so much attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and full AC. The bathroom is stunning. Breakfast was one of the highlights—fresh, delicious, and full of local flavors, I love Italian food even first thing in the morning . We also had the chance to dine at the restaurant one evening, and it was delicious, easily one of the best we’ve had in Forte dei Marmi. What really stood out to us was the service. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They were always ready with a smile, happy to recommend places to visit, and made us feel genuinely cared for. The location is ideal too—just a short walk to the beach and the town center, yet tucked away enough to give us the peace and privacy we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. La Serena Hotel has the perfect balance of luxury and comfort, and we left already planning our return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Forte dei Marmi.

Great and calm stay in Forte, amazing little gem of a hotel.

Stefano and the staff do amazing work, attentive without being pushy. Despite the summer rush they behave with amazing grace. Room was great with lots of small surprise amenities like great bathrobes and eye masks.

A great surprise in FDM

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Full of details that make the difference. We stayed in a double room connected with another double room for our children. The breakfast was very completed and everything that we ordered to the kitchen was very good. A special thank you to Su, how was so kind with us since the check in. I will definitely go back to next season.

overpriced for size of the facilities- But stunning girls.

STAFF WAS THE BEST - Really excellent people - front desk- cleaners - restaurant- Massimo was really very high level support and helpful to guide locally, He is a treasure of help and kindness- nothing is impossible attitude is marvellous- Free electric charging for car and free mini bar and water was really welcome detail during this hot summer.

I did not like the price paid -to have what is the equivalent of no WIFI and small size room and bathroom - WC tiny- I would really not go back - Although the personal charm mitigates the bad experience with the WIFI and the size of the room. On second thought Front desk girls are stunning, one would go back just for that!

new hotel , great location ( close enough to beach and town center but also area is in a peaceful / serene neighborhood of forte away from the noisy hustle bustle - staff were great and genuinely want to make you feel at home

new hotel will always have efficiency / teething issues at the beginning but stefano the gm will genuinely try and accommodate as best as he can which we were appreciative of

Unreal art hotel ideally located in the best part of Forte Dei Marmi

Great hotel. Super comfortable from the moment we arrived. Ideally located close to the best beach clubs, local restaurants and the town. Staff was extremely welcoming and the overall vibe made us feel at home. Rooms were newly renovated, extremely well done with attention to detail and super functional for a beach/holiday vacation. The art/design was hands down the best part. Food offerings were also great - chef accommodated all of our requests which made my wife and kids very happy. Overall a great place and can't wait to go back and spend an extended period of time.

Perfect location, walking distance from the beach. Nice room with balcony overlooking the garden and the pool, renovated bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast, with omelette made fresh on demand. Great staff, very helpful, polite and professional. Large parking. You can rent bikes onsite, which is a great idea to ride around and to the city centre.

There is something about Le Pleiadi that is addictive…. This was our second visit and we just can’t get enough! maybe it’s the laid back relaxed feel in the lazy back streets of Forte Dei Marmi that gives this hotel something special for its 3 star rating. fabulous staff and clean rooms, great location and slightly dated charm makes it a complete winner for us.

Wonderful!

In a generally pricey area Hotel Le Pleiadi offered a great price for value. The beach is 7 minutes away, the kitchen was great, and the staff was very kind and flexible. Anytime again, thank you! p.s. special thanks: I happened to arrive with a severe toothache and the receptionist managed to get me an immediate dentist appointment nearby, which essentially saved my trip. I'll ever be grateful 🙏
