We were sad to leave Hotel Acapulco Forte dei Marmi. Great location, incredible friendly staff at the reception & bar. We had a perfect lunch at Osteria del Mar upon advise and went to a musicbar that Mario proposed. And received a room upgrade!

Lovey staff, clean hotel

Staff all wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Very quiet time of year but still staffed fully and nothing was too much for them. Highly recommend.

A great hotel for the price, location and value

The location was perfect, the complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the accommodations were ideal. The staff could not have been anymore helpful with making various reservations while there. To name a couple and f standouts Stephanie at the front desk and Shamia part of the breakfast server’s crew were fantastic, they all were great at doing their jobs and most helpful, but these two I saw there name badges!

Very nice and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast (large selection of dishes). Nicely decorated, clean and quiet room. Beautiful view from the balcony where in the morning you wake up to birdsong and in the evening you hear frogs croaking.

The bed is not comfortable room too small and too expensive during checkout, they tried adding many items to my bill I didn’t know about but luckily I red previous reviews and this happens to other customers

Disappointing

The staff was extremely kind, especially people working at the breakfast room and woman who cleaned the rooms. The breakfast was ok - a few alternatives was available if you do not eat gluten.

the pool was a joke, it is more like a big bath. the fitness room was even bigger joke as there was not even the yoga carpet - I would say there is no pool and no fitness room, because both were unusable.

So Sweet and peacefull

We love the place, peacefull with bikes you can go biking in the city. Close to the beach and Nice and kind people who work here

The room was adequate, the location was excellent, the use of bikes was a nice touch.

The location of the property was good and that ultimately is what we paid for. For the price we paid, the room was just ok but thankfully it was clean which made up for the basic nature of the atmosphere. We liked the use of bikes from the hotel.

For the cost of the room, I would have expected a bit more of a comforting, nice atmosphere. I did not like that we were forced to pay the higher rate for breakfast when we really did not want to have breakfast at the hotel. There should be an option for no board, half board, and full board. This is standard in Europe. Since we paid for breakfast, I had my children try to eat only to find that all that was offered was prepackaged food which is not the healthiest option.

the rooms need to be refurbished, they are really bad ,from the rooms this hotel i would classify as 1 star not 4, the amenities are also old like the gym and pool

The hotel was clean.

In the middle of our sleep we heard a very annoying noise. It was like someone wanted to destroy our door. It was too loud. The room that was given to us was like a three star hotel.
