NEVER AND EVER AGAIN ON THIS HOTEL...

Hotel is located very far from Milan' center and also Navigli. Hotel manager and staff are very rude and also tricky. Room was terrible cold when we entered and it is not possbile to change it from room. Water temperature always changes while taking a shower. I found a short hair inside the coffe cup they serve. Unfortunatelly i realized it until it came to my mouth. I was almost vomiting.. Anything i touched in the room was dirty and old. I don't understand how this facility can have Best Western name with this terrible low service. I will never stay in this hotel again. Pay a bit more and stay another facility. I also will report them to Best Western headquarter.. This facility works againts to their reputation...

Out of the way of city traffic, but close to the subway to get into town. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect

awful place

absolutely nothing. upon arrival to our check in we were given a room that had not been cleaned. dirty towels lying everywhere messy beds etc and the room stank of sweat. went to the lobby and the man gave us a different room on the same floor and the cleaner had just came out of it.. this room was also not up to standard and was stinking of sweat. my husband had to book a different hotel for us to stay. the bed was not comfortable and the pillows was shockingly flimsy. the man at reception didn't seem to care that we were canceling our stay with them. the travel to get into milan centre is about a hour also.

Superb

Spacious room, comfortable beds. Helpful staff especially the young man who checked us in and advised us about public transport. We were able to purchase bus/train tickets at reception also. Bus stop right outside and connects with metro to go to Duomo. Spa pool and steam room also. Very relaxing after sightseeing. Reasonably priced restaurant food available in evenings (and breakfast). Underground parking available.

Very disappointed 😞

Close to the motorway on route to Rome.

It is noise you can hear what is happening in the next room and people were walking all night in the corridor. Un explained payment from my account of £38 when I noticed in Rome I called the hotel but I wasn't given an answer, I was asked to send them an email. Very disappointed 😞

The breakfast spread was very good; ranging from cereal to pancakes to cappucino-on-request. The location was very convenient, the hotel literally located at after the exit from autostrada.

The room cooling/heating could be set by the guest as per their preferences and not centrally controlled which is inconvenient at times.
