Clean comfortable room

Comfortable bed, very clean and nicely decorated room. Ample parking. Drinking water freely available by the lift on my floor. Location is very good for where I had to be.

Not many amenities in the room. Shower amenities labelled as hand soap but I assume could be use as shampoo and shower gel.

It is ok to spend two business nights. The staff is really welcoming.

I have no clue how it is possible that hotels cost so much in Milan. For nothing. It was looking more like a coffin than a room. Cheap stuff. Really bad position with nothing around, even a decent restaurant. Metro pretty far away. And still it costed like hell. Hotels should start to learn the hard way that they cannot profit so much.

The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was just outstanding. It was quite and relaxing. Staff was super helpful on getting around the city.

There wasn't to many places to eat nearby. Walking to the train was a bit shady at night.

Missing Wyndham’s standard services

Comfort is quite good. Super market is next door, which was a big blessing.

Hotel is location on the outskirts of Milano city center and metro connection is far from the hotel. Cleaning of rooms should improve, also toiletries are not provided, which is unacceptable. Breakfast should be greatly improved, for all the three days we had the same menial breakfast. Staff in breakfast area should be polite.

Modern and could be a good place to stay with attention to necessary details.

The breakfast was great, one of the best I've experienced in Italy. The staff were kind and understanding. There was a serious humming noise in my room and they offered me another one immediately in exchange. Very good WiFi. Ample safe parking. Relatively dog friendly.

Despite advertising charging solutions for E cars, neither of the two charging points was working. This was a serious inconvenience to me and necessitated an extra charging stop for my onward journey the following morning, thus increasing my already very long journey time. They would not let my dog into the breakfast room, but allowed me to take a tray of food to the bar in the entrance foyer where my dog was welcome. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are depressing, but it's conveniently situated not far from the ring road West.

Rooms are big enough, it’s close to metro station (10 min walk) and it has parking.

They didn’t clean the room everyday and they charged extra 10 euros per day for parking

Staff are very rude. After booking you need to prepare extra 20 euro per a days. Specially a lady in reception. She can shout after you payed. Never mind, Hotel is very far from city or any restaurant. Metro is minimum 15 mins by walk. First day water is free, after that you have to pay. Worst hotel which I see

one of my all time favourites in Milano

I stayed here already the second time - a nice, clean and modern style hotel only a 10 min walk away from the metro line 1. Rooms are very quiet and you ave a nice shower setup. Overall one of the best hotels in Milano form my point of view especially as many others are in a bad shape after many years/decades of operation

Didn’t feel like a 4 stars hotel, it felt like a 3 star or below.

It’s 10 minutes away from the metro station.

No slippers or a shampoo or toothbrush. The towel was torn! The floor was not clean. The breakfast was so poor and it needs improvement.

I can recommend this hotel, i had a pleasant stay but i suggest booking earlier.

It has an appealing modern / industrial interior, my room was very clean & they offer a comfortable keycard system.

Prince range can go from excellent value to overpriced, it was appropriate during my stay but the day after was elevated. The location is mediocre, it can be reached by Metro and then 13 minutes walk or if lucky a bus.

Overnight in Milano

New hotel, fresh design. Clean room.

We booked it because it was advertised (among other facilities) as having EV charger. On arrival we were informed that EV charger is not working. Bathroom sink was stuck. Outdoor area not well maintained. Hotel is supposedly pet-friendly, but pets are not welcome in the breakfast area. No restaurant serving dinner.
