Big mistake

The breakfast was ok/good

The rooms were extremely hot; in order to get some sleep you need to open the windows and hear the whole night the vehicles passing by in the highway at 100 km/h - so either incredibly hot or incredibly noisy. The internet was horrible instable and slow.

Couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, wish there had been some kind of pool or snooker table / things to do in the evening, as the hotel’s location meant that it wasn’t easy to walk to anywhere (taxis are super expensive in Italy!) for something to do for a couple of hours between eating dinner and going to bed.

A good place for an overnight stop.

The location is great for anyone travelling further on south into Italy, as it's right along the highway. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel restaurant served good food and had wonderful staff, and everyone was very kid-friendly. The rooms were next to each other, as requested, and were modern and clean. The breakfast was fine. A good place for an overnight stop, would definitely recommend.

It would be great if the hotel could offer on-site charging for electric vehicles. And it was difficult to get coffee at the bar outside of breakfast hours as the one staffer assigned seemed to also be charged with cleaning up a conference room next door.

Very good

The hotel is very clean and stylish, the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful (our adaptor plugs did not fit the sockets so Laura lent us a charger very kindly!) breakfast is excellent save for one small issue, see below! So much choice, absolutely loved the fresh fruit salad and yoghurt with nuts and seeds to add as toppings! There really was something for everyone. Also loved they had cups and mugs for hot drinks, bonus for those of us who love a mug of tea! The room was modern, beds very comfy, bathroom very stylish with good selection of toiletries and very big towels! (Rare to find!) The pool area is lovely, although the pool is very cold! They do supply pool towels. Hotel arranged a later check out for us as we had a late flight which was handy.

Our shower tray flooded the bathroom but as soon as reception were made aware it was rectified. Same with the untuned TV. Hot food at breakfast is not hot, need to rethink the way it is presented perhaps to retain heat. The shuttle service is fine leaving from the hotel and very convenient but coming back is much less reliable, you need a to phone and wait. This sometimes takes a while and the waiting place is not safe at night, there is also limited shelter from the rain. Waiting in the dark and cold in an unsafe area is not ideal. Maybe the hotel could run on a schedule you could plan around? There is no other way to get to the hotel (other than Uber) so being reliant on the hours of the shuttle felt limiting. If you’re hiring a car this is a perfect hotel.

Perfect hotel for a short stay!

The rooms are very nice. The beds are very comfortable and everything in the room was clean. We were easily given other rooms when there was a mix up with our reservation. The man at the desk was very accommodating! The location is good, if you're just stopping on your way elsewhere.

Although the rooms were clean, the carpeted hallways were very dirty. There was visible dirt on the carpet. Not stains, but dirt. Breakfast was just OK, nothing special.

Nice hotel, but false information re shuttle bus, at conditioning not working.

Location and breakfast. Although the hotel mention that they provide shuttle bus to city center or Belstay Forum, when I arrived the receptionist mentioned that I should go by car to the parking, leave the car and get a subway to the city center. Really upset with this.

Although is a comfortable hotel, ar conditioning was not working in the 3 rooms that we booked. There was a leak and the carpet was smelling. They changed this room. Different information re shuttle bus.

The room was spacious, the gym is well equipped, the pool was clean and the food at the restaurant is not varied but pretty good. Breakfast had a lot of variety.

Initially, we were given a room in which the air conditioning was not working. After going downstairs to the reception and asking twice about it, they finally changed our room.

The rooms were spacious, the staff incredibly helpful and the facilities were very good. An excellent breakfast.

The location wasn't ideal, a reasonable distance from the airport and from the city. Once at metro, it was easy, and the shuttle from the hotel does help. Calling for the shuttle when returning to the nearest metro late on one night did work well.

Staff is good

The location is worst I ever seen. You cannot get the hotel on feet. The reason is it is located on the motorway. So, the only way to get to Belstay - shuttle bus which stops working at 10-30 pm. Or taxi. The taxi price is 20 euro for 10 min drive from Assago metro station. So, if you want to ba away, you will have to create a timetable. Otherwise you will lose 20-60 euro a day, staying at Belstay. I WOULD NOT definitely recommend Belstay for ordinary tourists.
