Hotel was in good location easy to get too trams and metro near by has McDonald and kfc and Lidl very close by staff friendly

The restaurant staff were nice.
The location of the hotel kind of good
The bed is comfortable
The woman at the recepetion is rude and her english skills is so poor.
Bathroom door is so heavy and always should use power to open it.
So noisy, you could hear the traffic and also from upstairs you could hear people walking and moving fornitures. It was really bad specially in the night.
